If you like Zhao Lusi, it's that kind of romantic comedy, but you will find only decent subs on Viki.

It's the sister who has the issue, but she exposes his crimes publicly as her retribution in the ending. Legal authorities will get him for perjury. Her new boyfriend also protects her, which is more romantic in a drama.

I find this drama very hilarious! I watched "I Am Not a Robot" so long ago that I wonder if scenes were in the original. I remember being freaked by the allergic reaction in the original, surprised by the cards and the umbrella. With this one, I must go slowly episode by episode instead of binging, and I'm picking up beautiful emotional things like the meaning of the orange, which brought a tear to my eye. In Episode 14, I burst into so much laughter that it made my day!

As a person who finds it hard to re-watch shows, I love different versions. I wouldn't compare versions as I wouldn't compare my children. I think it's emotionally destructive. The only time it would be difficult for me to watch another version of a drama is if I knew the producers gave it an opposite ending, especially turning it into a sad one. I don't think that will happen with this version. I'm hoping for a very romantic ending.
