It's hilarious how viewers are always asking for something new, yet when a romance dares to go where no drama has gone, the reviewers are up in arms because: 1) How dare she not marry him if he loves her? A Witch’s Romance, To All the Guys Who Loved Me, Search: WWW 2) Why doesn’t it end with a kiss? Perfume, etc. 3) Isn’t that too risqué? Before We Get Married The part in romances that totally irks me is the separation from two months to five+ years near the ending. At the beginning is fine as part of the plot, but when it’s a few episodes from the end, I carry my tablet to the kitchen and cook or do dishes with a cursory glance at the melodramatic angst. Jasper Liu Yi-hao (Chinese: 劉以豪; born August 12, 1986) is a Taiwanese actor, model, and musician. His name is spelled with an "a" and he is one of my favorites. I am always searching for a romance worth watching. Some dramas are classed as "romance" when they are far from it. I find the female leads are purposely made unappealing, even unattractive, at the start of the drama. The blossoming of their character is part of the journey. It's true that there are too many formulaic dramas filled with tropes, but that is what distinguishes an Asian show. I grew tired of American shows where they sleep together at first meeting.
