He's a man of his word so I don't think he will reach out to her. She will have to take the initiative but I think she has deep rooted fears. Ugh. It's going to kill me to have to wait 4 more days to see the ending.

I so appreciate you - you crystallized what's on my mind - I feel for the mom who feels she has to shoulder everything alone - she kept making a reference to being " one person". I like the 2ML but I think he will resign so as not to "pester" her. Understandably, she also has fears that he too, will leave her. She is definitely attracted to him.
