it was a mistake cause YZJ calls him "ah xong" which means bro i think but they just translated it as wu yi lmaoo. i guess we can put that to rest now.

The subtitles in today's ep gave away that Yuchi is indeed the cloaked guy. When YZJ was calling him the subtitle says "Wu Yi" and then when he was talking to the Zheng guy in his cloak form he also calls him Wu Yi LOL

That cloaked guy might actually be Yuchi! They look like they have the same eyes!
