man, not even a fan but the hate he receive is ridiculous. firstly, i never see the controversial statement as…
Its a total difference if a woman herself choose to be a stay at home mom or if a man tells her to do so. Just referencing to "are we gonna attack them for having this mindset?" yeah, no, because everyone can choose what they like, but exactly there is the difference. :D women get bashed since forever as gold digger when they say they want a man who works while they stay at home.. so, you see the difference, yeah? Its all about: let the people choose by themselves.
yes, i have read the rest and i am not saying park seo joon is forcing someone, i was just talking about the first few sentences of yours, because the argumentation that some women are okay with not working, doesnt work, if its about men forcing women to do something :D
Leave something for people who prefer shorter shows. :D
I understand this, but people shouldn't expect an adaption to be 1:1 the same as the source. And they should stop watching short shows, where everyone with common sense know that they lack depth or aren't fleshed out, if they dislike this. People have weird expectations.
Drama is good... But their first kiss and how they fall in love is problematic. Just my opinion... Except that…
What a question 😂 that's as if one would ask "are Indian women really like they show in Bollywood movies???" Learn to differentiate between reality and fiction. 🙆🏻♀️
"you need to eat properly!" *Gives him candy*. 😂 What an airhead female lead lmao
I was quite hesitant to start the drama because of the negative comments and after the first episode I thought that the female is really..dumb. 😂 but I'm on episode 5 now and I quite like her. She's clumsy, but she's attentive, caring and speaks her mind. That's cute! Usually characters like her come with a huge lack of communication, but she is straightforward, which is quite charming in combination with her airheaded personality.
The support characters are all so interesting. Hara-sama is such a refreshing and funny character and also Yu and Sagara are surprisingly likeable and interesting! :D both have roles that act pretty unexpectedly. As a BL lover, I love Kei's and Yu's bickering and how Yu jokingly flirts with him or tells other people he is Kei's man. 😂
Edit after finishing the show: It wasn't as bad as people tell in the comments. For me, it was mediocre, like most of the Japanese short dramas. The first episode was kinda annoying, because the FL is really not that smart, but it gets better in episode 2 and onwards. But the last 2-3 episodes it gets back to being tiring, because the characters became flat and the story keeps dragging and lovely FL gets back to being airheaded and annoyingly stupid. Usually they have kinda one "problem" per episode, so every episode is fresh and exciting, but at the end they drag a conflict and that's not really to my liking.
Of course it's a fast paced romance. If you don't like these, simply don't watch it, instead of hate on it, lmao. Personally, I'm a fan of fast paced romance, that's why I watch short dramas. The chemistry here is nice and the kisses are good. Could've been a bit more mature, but yeah, FL is really not the smartest. The support characters are supporting and especially Yu was very entertaining. :D
Watching episode 1 right now and I am already whipped for the ML. 🥹 Love how attentive he is, without being too pushy or intrusive. The FL is super cool and funny. And damn, the whole cast is such an eye candy! 😳 Like, everyone is just so pretty/handsome! I knew some of the actors and actresses already and I'm so excited for this drama. 🙆🏻♀️
The first episode was quite fun. I already know the lead actor from Ase to Sekken and the lead actress from Toshi no Sakon. 😂 he's just so adorable in this role here!
Who the heck submitted the Steamy Kiss here? 😂 None of their kisses were steamy..
Aside from this, I had higher expectations in general. I liked some of the support characters a lot more then the leads. 😅 It's been a while since I had SLS but hell, was this ML unlikeable. 😬 I don't feel much chemistry between them and I don't even understand why they like each other. The pacing in the beginning was so weird and they just got together without any build up. 💀 Also..the music wasn't my taste. But the ending OST is nice, which isn't a surprise since johnnys groups serves good OST most of the time.
5/10 because the acting was okay and the support roles were funny!

I loved the songs they were singing, but..what is this ending? The moment I thought "ah, as if this ending could be something else than a happy ending, even if it's japanese" they serve me this... T_T and so it dropped from a 9 to a 7. No, I am just not okay with those open endings. 😂
Oh my god. I used to watch a lot of anime in my teenie years and I remember that I've read the manga (I didn't read a lot manga, it was probably almost the only one I finished) that this movie is adapted from and I'm so excited to discovering all the live adaptions that my teenie-self didn't care for lmao. I just started to watch more japanese dramas and I really like the lead actor and this all together is just 😵😵😵. 😂
i am really confused by the incest tag, because its definitely not fitting here, lmao. yeah she thinks she loves her uncle, but everyone with more than 2 brain cells understands why she thinks that and that its actually not romantically love.
overall, i really enjoyed the movie! i laughed a lot in the beginning. every character is interesting and likeable and the friend group is really cute.
