Yes! The comedy is spot on too. There have been scenes where I burst out laughing because comedic timing and delivery is so good. (Eg. Lu YI's allergic reaction, Teacher Zu and Liu Fei introducing themselves to Meng Jiaoyang as Zuzu and Feifei). Highly recommend!
Really good, realistic medical drama. On Ep 6 and this is the first time I've seen a cute Peng Guan Ying! He's so full of hope and energy and a good antidote for the older curmudgeon Lu Yi.
Someone recommended this to me after loving Nothing But You. Falling Into You is a good drama and Wang Anyu and Gina Jin make a great onscreen pair. Though it was a bit too fluffy and sweet, leading me to crave some more story development and character growth after this. 8/10

Nothing but Thirty is similar in the career and romance challenges of a 30 some FL and is by the same production company. PIng Pong with Bai Jing Ting is similar in the challenges of the ML honing his sportscraft. Romance is forgettable but the brotherhood with teammates is very touching.
Rewatching after over ten years since it's on YouTube with subs and decent quality. Clearly a big female lead drama but Li Xiao Ran's acting is so engaging and natural. Tan Kai is so cool as the big mafia boss, definitely have SML syndrome for him! Hawick is probably the most boring character in this drama - very little character development and his acting is a little stiff. Definitely worth a watch if you like Nothing Gold Can Stay!
