@CKDramaddicts never said the whole city should speak Chinese. just the characters at that convention/seminar where there’s obvious specific plot points with a lot of English. Professor Harry, the guys who offered money to the FL, etc.

wasn't saying Vic should speak English. have more people speak Chinese is what i was getting at. meaning cast actors that already speak it.

it's just a poor production decision that is being used way too much, and it's getting very irritating.

this is a common problem with several people(including me) who have been watching the show. there’s several episodes that this happens too. ultimately, it was just a bad decision on the producer/writers part because it looks so awkward. the bias fans of the show will have their own opinions about this as well though.

@renaiichii this annoyed me too, and they do this several times. the fact that the English speaking professor character is such an A-hole doesn't help either. the guy needs a swift kick in the balls. he shows up in episode 27.

i only watch the Mo Li and QJX scenes. the main plot and main leads bore me. started watching only because of Vic, but the ML annoys me.

i jumped 10 episodes because i hated the ML. still don't like him either, but i do like the "friendship" between Jia Xin and Mo Li.

never said anything about him revealing his emotions or seeking attention. however, he’s doing just that. his emotions are making him intrusive in the fact that he’s giving the Fl too much attention at times. he shows up way too much during non-work hours just to be around her.

no, YZ had nothing to do with the human trafficking guys. she got out with Song Zheng's help(did you not watch the episode?).

i’m giving up on this one. just don’t care what happens, and i don’t like the ML character at all.

seven episodes in, and i can't stand the ML. yeah, i get he's a spy and just wants to wrap his final mission, but he's so intrusive it's annoying. 35 more episodes to go with this guy. sheesh!

42 episodes is a lot of time invested for anyone. i only watch for Victoria. i absolutely loathe romance drams, and unfortunately she does star in her fair share of them. i tend to multi task on my computer and have the episode playing while working on other stuff. if it gets too annoying, i start fast forwarding too.

the bullying and gossiping lasts at least 5 episodes?! i just finished episode 3 and it's already overly ridiculous. the hypocrisy of the team lead telling the FL is acting like she's in kindergarten when she has her minion coming to her every minute snitching on the FL.

the doctor started to get on my nerves within the last few episodes. didn't want them to be a couple.

yeah, but it's not just 1 man that's bad. sure Youze needs to go to jail, but Xiaodong's dad, and those Japanese guys who saved Qian Yi from the avalanche are bad too.

they are not twin sisters. they are two different people. watch more episodes, and find out.
