i wouldn't be surprised if KJH is mad at her hubby right about now. i don't know how it is in S. Korea, but that's potentially career suicide in the States. might be tough for both of them to get work at some point.

i agree to this or a similar situation that no one really died, and that it's just another plot twist to keep the viewers hooked.

Rugal was the worse OCN drama i've seen so far. it had potential, but the writing was horrible in parts.

i wouldn't be able to handle 16 episodes of this. even though the story was decent, the pacing was bad. didn't need to be drawn out any longer than it was.

too bad it takes that bashful virgin 33 episodes to grow a pair and admit it to her. :P

does anyone else here think(or thought) the Shu Wenbo character was actually gay? 24 episodes in, and he shows absolutely no interest in Ruan Qing Xia. it's not like they write his character to make it like he likes other girls, and it was just her he had no interest in.

@The Queen 1111 well most Korean dramas last 16 episodes, and even after that some people want a second season(in which case there doesn't need to be one because they wrapped everything up in the first). with the Chinese dramas, i just consider these 30+ episode dramas as season 1 and 2 combined.

every episode got more annoying than the previous one. i knew the ending wasn’t going be great.

i don’t even consider the FL a bad ass because of a number of reasons. as soon as they introduced a romance angle, i was done with hoping for a stronger character.

if the ML and FL have a happy ending by the end of the series, i would agree with you.

i understand about the binge watching vs. airing, but binge watching(for me at least) can make all the characters(and plots) seem really annoying and or boring(even though you still may like them) even more so. there’s been dramas i’ve seen where i find myself getting way too impatient with everything, but i’d have to watch the next episode to find out what happens anyways. at least watching aired episodes spaces it out, and gives you time to reflect.

i understand completely. it's almost like the show doesn't know what it wants to be. the drama parts were interesting, but i couldn't stand the cheezy/cringey parts. i was looking for a more serious series i guess.

it really does. the teaser on Netflix doesn't sell it at all. i had absolutely no interest in watching the film after i saw the teaser for it. fortunately, i gave it a chance anyways.
