it's awkward for sure... but then i never know what Chewbacca is saying, but Han Solo does. same with R2-D2 and Luke Skywalker. they really should've just cast someone to speak Mandarin for this scene.

42 episodes is a very long time to invest too. i prefer Japanese dramas because their series run closer to 12 episodes. even Korean dramas which are known for being 16 episodes long can seem like forever. especially if the pacing is bad, and the writing is weak.

as of episode 14, i don't think the fake Qian Yi is aware that the real Qian Yi is back yet. that will be revealed in episode 15 at the big party.... and my guess is the little pick-pocket girl is the little sister of the fake Qian Yi. she doesn't recognize her older sister of course due to the new face.

yes and yes. i also believe she was the one at home with her back turned while the record was playing, and then went out to walk the dog with You Ze. my educated guess is the cufflinks that the agent gave to the fake Qian Yi is something only the real Qian Yi and You Ze know about. when he sees them, he will then know that he's been played, and that will also reveal to him that the real Qian Yi has come back.

we've got 17 episodes left. you're going to be waiting for awhile.

just watched the first episode. can't stand the ML. Looked up the actor's filmography and found out he was also in Love Under the Moon. i didn't finish that drama, because i couldn't stand him in that either.

i can't stand the ML's haircut. that annoys me. :P

1. after several episodes in, you won't care about the ending let alone want to even finish the series. the writing is horrible.

3. no. main villain gets arrested. should've been killed off.

actually both now that i think about it. i'm not into romance dramas much at all though. just watching Familiar Wife because of Han Ji Min. i find all the male characters really annoying though. the ML goes from not knowing what he wants to complete denial too often.

One Spring Night was good because of her. couldn't stand the main male actor though.

agreed. instead of the very cliched "the butler did it!", it was the maids that did it!

yeah, i’m with you. i think they should’ve had the FL move away, and the ML couldn’t catch up with the moving truck at the end.

yeah, i think Aoshi was just hurt. he didn’t die, but what a waste of a bad ass character. they could have had him come in to help in that last big fight scene too.

well a few episodes back, it was mentioned there was another entrance from the parking lot. he would’ve found a way out eventually.

it’s really not that much of a stretch for her as an actress. it’s not like they’ve done anything that required intimate acts, or anything. showing emotion as a character is standard as an actor.

i didn’t get the feeling of it being implied at all. definitely witnessed the event though.

i would agree with you if we're talking about the ending. Kdramas like to always do those annoying time jump endings.
