but they way they talked about it. like it’s okay to not be skinny and still find love the right person loves you for who you are .. same with the girl that talks a lot like don’t dim your light just so others will like you … learning how to actively listen for once is good but not the rest… and I think the way the twin guy wanted to find his own style yet he was given the style of In Guk is questionable too (from his ties style to hosts) . it’s still a sweet show but with a lot of flaws around (self) reflection about important topics … in the end it’s not that deep I get that

I don’t like how they talked about weight in general moreover about Kim Sang-ho and Kim Yeo-myung. I mean I get that a healthy lifestyle is important but it does not automatically mean you need to be skinny skinny or have muscles like a body builder. I would have loved it more if they tried to change their lifestyle for the better but not solely because of their appearance because being skinny doesn’t always mean better

i haven’t started it but I’m pretty sure there is at least one „actor“ in it to become more famous. I hope their are really sincere and are really „forever singles“ and not a bunch of people who fake being shy just to get some cloud
