yes this!! it was confusing for me too. like how does he "know" or "remember" her if this was a restart. so frustrating they always leave the cdramas endings like that. i'll just turn off my brain and just think it's happy end
i donโt understand the low ratings, itโs actually quite nice for a mini drama. they are such a cute couple and love how they clear misunderstandings quickly! watched it because of the edit i saw on youtube (ep. 5)

imo ycs story is more tragic than ttj.. liu shang is so unreasonable at most times. even though she knows ycs is not the same, she still treated him bad which makes yxw/susu 100% better.
also the ending in the novel is not really a happy one (i think it's supposed to be happy but it's more of an open ending for me) compared to tteotm :/ the ending in tteotm is already kinda incomplete so i can already imagine they'd do the same here..
