I really liked - How Gorya and Thyme got to know each other better at the fire escape. - The way Thyme stopped Kavin and MJ (when they questioned Gorya if she likes Ren). He said Gorya is feeling uncomfortable and told them to pay her some respect. - How Thyme did not get jealous of seeing Ren’s napkin and how he spoke nicely of Ren. He is trying to understand Gorya and is not forcing her to like him. - How Kaning stood up for Gorya and gave money to Kavin for the desserts. - How the broken door represents Gorya’s heart that is opening up to Thyme ❤️
Most funny moments - The rain scene when Gorya and Thyme bickered. - When Thyme stopped Gorya from hugging the bear and said the bear was being opportunistic. - When Gorya’s dad attitude towards Thyme changed completely after he realizes who Thyme is and how he asked him: “Do you prefer, coffee, tea or ME?” - When Gorya’s mom told Glakao to microwave the iced tea because Thyme wants hot tea - Gorya’s boss’s reaction when he saw Kavin and MJ said can’t you see were … open 24 hrs XD
- MJ told Thyme that he has gone too far this time (by giving Gorya a red card and treating her that way) and that he told Thyme to cancel the card - Thyme got mad at the bullies for the sexual harrassment and told them it was a pathetic move - MJ & Kavin told Thyme it was wrong (and illegal) to kidnap Gorya - Kavin yelled at Thyme when Thyme told Gorya to shave her head off (in return of letting her friend go) - Thyme whispered to Gorya to tell her that it's okay to give in (you could also see from the look of his face that he didn't want her to shave her head) - They showed why Thyme is giving people red cards and why his character is like this (because of his mom). Due to this you will feel more empathy towards him. I think Bright plays this character really well, I love his expressions! - Gorya is, she is brave and not a typical dumb female lead. Despite being Tu's first project, she is doing a great job!
I came across this version of the drama accidentally and I didn’t expect I would like it so much! I am looking forward to the upcoming episodes :)
I didn't expect I would like this drama so much!! The ML was supersweet, mature, responsible respectful and kind to others❤️ I liked how he had a few crying scenes to show that he can be vulnerable as well. His acting was very 'natural' and the chemistry with the FL was amazing! They looked very good together and I loved their color matching outfits ^^ This drama would've even been better if the FL switched her major at the end.
A very sweet drama, highly recommend it :) Misunderstandings are resolved quickly, love triangle is maturely handled. It was nice to see some aspects that could be related to real life. All characters are well written, the ML is very kind and I liked how the FL is good at sports (which you don't often see in dramas).
I totally understand from where you are coming from, especially ML. I think this is where this drama fails miserably.…
Yes I wished they explained it earlier and better! I also think it might have been better if he didn't do the eye surgery. In that way the ML would be different from the typical ML in dramas and it will show that people with eye problems can find happiness without 'changing themselves'.
In my opinion this drama had a lot of potential. I felt there were many things that could've done better or more elaborated on.
- I was a bit disappointed how Su Nian Qin forced himself back into the life of Wu Yan. I didn't like how he forcibly kissed her and stalked her and also the fact that he said he was going to beat the lawyer guy. He also didn't properly proposed to her but forcibly put the ring on her finger. I felt his personality drastically changed after he gained his eye sight. In the beginning of the drama he was caring and was gentle to children but in the second part he told an autistic child not to cry and didn't really care for him when he hurt himself.
- I still can't believe Cheng Yin died :( So sad and it was very unexpected.. I wished they would have elaborated more on her story and how Wu Yan was coping with it.
- They didn't mention how Su Nian Qin's friend married his dad. Moreover, it felt like Su Nian Qin kept Wu Yan from his dad. Even though she got invited for dinner, there was no scene where they interacted / talked (even Wu Yan said so herself).
Nonetheless I still enjoyed the drama. The main leads chemistry and acting were great, especially the ML (Evan) did a good job :)
At first I was so sad and couldn't believe that Jiang Hao died. I was also mad at the ML for being so cold after learning about his friend's death, but turned out it was all fake luckily! Jiang Hao was really sweet and I liked his relationship with Yu Fei :) The chemistry between the main leads was nice, but I wasn't fond of the ML's character. He was quite possessive and insecure at times. Nonetheless, the drama was pretty good (except for some things being not properly explained).
I was disappointed that Xia Rui turned out to be evil. The last argument between the ML and FL was a bit too quickly resolved. At the end of the drama it was 3 years later, but they didn't mention whether the FL has lost her electricity or not.
It's more like an additional mini episode/ending. The special ep is only 4 mins, but it shows that the FL wants to go back in time. You won't see what will happen if she does so. Yww! :)
