So the male lead returns to his own body, gains confidence, goes to school and gets together with the female lead. The original owner of the handsome body is diagnosed with a small tumor in his brain and the doctor tells him he only has 3 months left... He spends his last days in America driving around looking quite happy and that's how the drama ends.
Regarding the ending, I liked how Tuo Wen Shuai returned to his own body, went to school again, gained confidence and got together with Tao Qiao. However, I feel so sad for Kris T_T He deserved a happy ending after everything he went through.. I’m just going to pretend he was misdiagnosed, finds happiness and keeps in contact with the rest.
I haven’t read the webtoon (so I can’t compare), but I thought the synopsis was interesting and I like Park Solomon so I decided to watch this drama. I really liked this drama, despite the fact that some issues were solved too quickly and some things didn’t make sense (for instance, no one found it odd that the two male leads had the exact same first and last names..) This drama was pretty unpredictable, which I enjoyed. I liked the female lead, she was so sweet and strong. I also liked the bromance and Gu Qi Guang was such a good friend!**
I watched this because of Seul Gi (female lead). The acting was great and the ending was nice. You could see the male lead falling for her inner beauty/personality. However, this wasn’t the case for the female lead. She liked him because of his looks.. Therefore I feel like the message of this drama wasn’t properly conveyed which is a pity. Moreover, Mi Joo wasn’t a real friend and there was no change in her personality throughout the drama.

“You say you’re not pretty yourself, so why do you ask me to say you are?” same reasoning as If you don’t love yourself, how can you expect someone else to?
I liked how the female lead was more outgoing and outspoken in comparison to the drama version. Somehow I didn't quite like the male lead, but overall the movie was okay.
First episode was good... wish someone would sub the rest of it.

- It was pretty sad that no one ever asked about the real Xuan Mo, not even her best friend. Xuan Mo was like a reincarnation(?) of Cardosi and thereby part of Abu Dory but it was sad that real Xuan Mo just disappeared like that without a trace.
- Lu Yi Chen was such a jerk to the real Xuan Mo, he poured a drink over her, threw food at her etc. He did change later, but that was mostly because he was scared of Abu Dory/Xuan Mo.
- Li Feng was a bully and I’m disappointed that she didn’t have a character development. Moreover, it was quite random that she had a crush on Yi Hai Lan for all those years..
Some parts were childish, cringey, didn’t make sense and weren’t well explained. However I still quite enjoyed this drama because the male lead wasn’t a typical arrogant cold face guy and the female lead was strong and badass. The plot was different from other dramas, but wasn’t properly made use of and they could’ve done way better in my opinion.

She doesn’t go to the UK with him. It is partially due to the fact that her stepdad got into an accident and therefore she doesn’t want to leave her family behind. In addition, Yan Mo’s mom has offered to cover her financial expenses if she goes to Britain. However, despite feeling grateful and knowing Yan Mo’s mom’s kindness she refuses because she felt a bit humiliated as she doesn’t want to be financially dependent on Yan Mo’s family. Moreover, being financially dependent reminded her of her past when she, her mom and brother had to beg for alimony from her biological father.
