I actually quite enjoyed this drama even though some scenes (e.g. wine tasting and scenes at the office) were a bit boring. I liked the plot twists and the ‘dark element’. The main leads were cute together and the secondary couple as well ^^ Similar to others, I thought this drama would be a romcom, but it wasn’t. This drama is funny at one moment and the next second it’s serious.

Male lead is very handsome! ❤️_❤️ The leads are so cute together and their height difference is adorable! I also really like Bu Zui & Hao Yong’s friendship! The way they call each other ZuiZui & YongYong is so cutee ^^ (hope he remains a friend and not a love rival) Just watched 16 eps so far, the story is pretty interesting. Some parts a bit boring (e.g. with the chief editor) but overall I’m quite enjoying this drama! :)
Summary of the main leads' story and ending spoiler ---->
FL has a secret crush on ML from high school onwards but ML doesn’t know about her existence. She writes a whole diary about him and silently watches over him. FL & ML write secret messages to each other on the windows at their school. However, due to a misunderstanding ML mistakes another girl as her and they become a couple. ML and that (evil) girl date for a while but later they break up. FL and ML manage to enrol into the same university and one day they meet. ML shows interest into her and they become closer. ML & FL become a couple and ML learns that FL had a crush on him since high school and is the girl that he was writing messages to when he was in high school. However ML becomes distant to FL because he finds out that his dad was the one who caused the FL’s dad death in a work-related accident. ML’s dad goes to jail and ML also gets expelled from the university because he went to take an exam in someone else’s place. He did so as a favour to get help for his parents. In the end ML plans to study abroad but then changes his mind and finds the FL. The main leads then get married with just the two of them at their high school’s rooftop.
Similar to the spin-off With you 2016, this drama somehow just wasn’t my cup of tea… The acting was good however and the multiple love stories (unrequited love, “forbidden” love, cheating, missed chance at love because of timing etc.) & characters were relatable and quite realistic. Ge Bi & Luo Yang were both douchebags. I didn’t like the FL at the beginning because she lied (e.g that she used 3 chopsticks) and played cold/chic when the ML was showing interest into her.

I just finished this drama, but i'm actually still a bit confused why Ding Shui Jing helped Ye Zhan Yan by talking bad things about Luo Zhi & giving the voice recorder to Sheng Hui Nan? Was it because she felt Luo Zhi knew abt her relationship with Luo Yan but didn't help/warn her?
It was actually pretty ridiculous that Zuo An & Sun An Ning had to live together in America. As if Zuo An couldn’t get an apartment by himself.. Last episode was a roller coaster and was a bit unnecessary tbh (the FL’s acting was really good tho).
What I also didn’t like was how Xiao Man’s whole world was revolving around Zuo An. She decided to go to the same medical university to be with him even though she had blood phobia.. Aside from this, it was an okay & cute drama. The ML didn’t call the FL dumb or stupid, but encouraged her to believe in herself. He helped her with her studies and made sure she could do it by herself. He helped her overcome her phobia and his confession was also sweet!
A short but complete and interesting drama! It reminded me of the Japanese drama "Erased" & the Chinese movie "Over Again". This drama is definitely worth to watch! But I don’t recommend you to watch the special ep...
