I have a little question: I wanted to watch this drama but then I realised the animal abuse tag... so is this…
One of the characters kills cats but they don't actually show the process. There are a 2 maybe 2 min scenes where other characters find them dead in plastic bags but they don't show the animal. It's too blurred out to even tell there's fur
Really sad that Lee Hyun Wook's character was killed off since 302 was the main antagonist in the webtoon. His acting is good enough to be a main lead.... It looks like they replaced him with the dentist.

Potato Star was surprisingly good. It's a comedy but has a solid plot, though it started dragging out around ep 60. YJG plays a 25yr old programmer "Hong" who wants to be Korea's Mark Zuckerberg (tho this drama doesn't really do much with this idea, so the synopsis may be a bit misleading) who lives alone and unemployed. Basically a family that hires his love interest's mother as a maid to pay of debt his forces him to stay in their home after they mistake him for their long lost son. The sitcom shows all sorts of fun and strange situations that can happen with YJG, the love interest and her mother, and the 6 person family can get into. Also in this plot, YJG unfolds memories lost due to amensia when he was 10yrs old - if all that wasn't enough.
I'm skip watching this drama and only watching the scenes with Kim Tae Hoon - mainly b/c I think the lead…
lol are you me?? Like I wrote below, I think Joo Jin Mo is a good actor but his looks are not my taste! I'm also skip-watching the rest of this for Kim Tae Hoon from ep 10 too. KTH's might not be the "good guy" (though the "good guys" aren't "good" at all????), but he's a lot more interesting to watch than a stalker. A lot of comments below are saying it's a happy ending, yet criticize that Jae Ho doesn't get penalized for his wrongs-- but what about Hyun Soo's psycho ass?? Just because he's famous he gets to force his childhood crush to be with him until she agrees while cheating on her husband?? Even if he was done dirty by Jae Ho, it doesn't justify forcing your love onto someone after they say no.
tldr You summed my feelings up perfectly. idk why this is considered "the romantic dream". I'd call the cops if a guy followed me around in his car all day.
The young actors' parts were great, but this show wasn't romantic at all... more like creepy. Adult HyunSoo is an obsessive stalker. Joo Jin Mo is a great actor but I can't stand this character.
I wanna know how gory this actually is before I watch it orz things like I Saw the Devil probably don't count…
he uses blunt objects and beats the shit out of the victims, tortures them, cuts up the bodies, and eats them. i haven't seen I Saw the Devil but based on a clip I saw it seems to be the same level.
This movie proves that just because you're one of the main two leads doesn't mean you don't die. Ma Dong Seok's…
The director said that Ma Dong Seok's character was still probably living on as a zombie and that if there was a sequel it might follow him. But your comment's still right lol. Gong Yoo's character apparently broke his neck when he fell in the end.
I love the darker character tropes when they're done right! When they do terrible things but they have a motive you can understand - a believable villain or antihero. Like Jeongshin (Missing Noir M), Hwayi (Hwayi), Hyungjoon (Missing You), Seungha (Mawang), and most of the crew from Bad Guys. Bonus if they're female! I don't remember seeing any except for Jaehee from Innocent Man. I'd love to see some.
Also, I'm still sad about Hyo Shin. He had so much potential with a good backstory and realistic problems but they were all shoved to the side. Wish he had his own drama. )
Kay is one of my favorite drama characters~ Loved TBDW but haven't really liked/taken interest to any of his other projects enough to finish or watch. I might watch May 18 after reading this guide though. Good article :)
I liked it, very melo but it was nice for an evening movie. Was hoping they'd live together and make things work, but I guess this ending was alright too. Not bad.

It was a good role for him. Cute, yet mature.
