If they were planning to make a sequel, it would've been MUCH MORE satisfying with Tomoya as the protag, not Naoto. To be honest, I don't give a crap about his brother's story. After following him for 10 episodes, it was a huge disappointment.
It's a nice drama, but the nurse pisses me off. She should just let him and his son have time together. She doesn't need to be meddling in their business.
You have to dig deep to find hidden gems like this drama. It's not about someone whining about their lover, nor is it about finding a boyfriend. It's much more important that something like that. This drama touched my heart and left a strong impact on my mind. It makes me want to become a good parent in the future.
As someone that has read the manga, watched the anime, and loved both to bits, I have to say that this movie was extremely disappointing. Ginko's character seemed more serious and dark than what he's perceived to be in the other two versions (easy-going and slightly humorous while still helping people). That's what ruined it for me.
