I complained a bit at THAT time too but not because I hated the story but so much was happening, I HAD to vent to someone 😂 But I only react such a way if I truly love and care about the story.
I didn't like the heart stabbing tbh but they justified it very well and turned it into an EXCELLENT development. It actually fits naturally into the story now and works for the characterization of Tian Yao rather than against him. Kudos to the writer 🥂

I LOVED the way this drama handled the misunderstanding and healing arc. YH took her time to process her feelings, get out her anger, feel the PTSD, understand TY's side, let the past go so that she can finally fall in love with him all over again. TY on the other hand was ever so patient with his gentle words of reassurance, his reliable actions and straightforward attitude regarding his feelings and intentions so she'll never misunderstand him again.
We were hurt when YH was hurt but we healed just as she did.
