seems like rather than jealousy, it's internalized misoginy. female leaders (and female in general tbh) tend to unconsciously held higher standard for their female employee bcs they too, were forced to fulfill higher standards from social convention.

when I read about that it was like being slapped by cold water. I'm not a boss but it definitely changed my perspective on regarding others.
