Though Jin Zhao resisted at first, retreating from her warmth, he eventually gathered the strength to face his feelings and chose to walk toward her instead. Life had been too bitter in his inferno, and he wished to keep Jiang Mu away from that darkness. But she risked everything, walking firmly toward him, determined to bring him back to their homeland, back to family, back to home.
Together, they created their own way of meeting in the middle. From then on, he became the sun, she the moon, shining together, day and night, never to be parted again.
