not some actually most... most of the traffic stars only have costume dramas nowadays... maybe that's why we don't have any good modern dramas now... really this year I didn't liked a single one (they aren't my type)

yes... also it is doing quite good among costume dramas We can't ignore the fact the Zheyuan is not a traffic star yet, LJ isn't much popular, the production team is new... so keeping all these things in mind I think TWOT is actually doing great... and I believe that it'll be good🙃

I also don't understand... i usually prefers modern over costume unless the costume one is really good... Tbh for me it's really difficult to watch and understand the costumes dramas because of too many confusing names, messed up storyline (ofc not all) and the fact that most of them have sad or open endings I only liked a few costume dramas... only a few
