I usually wait too, to binge watch, but I just wanted to check out ep 1 and then stop but big mistake, it got me hooked and now im obsessed with it and it's a torture to wait for an ep every day . GAAH!

His servant was so loyal like a prince or general's bodyguard etc. I thought maybe he replaced the real Luo shenyuan to dig up dirt on the Luo family or find evidence to avenge his real family etc... but nvm he was just an unfavored child building himself up in the family and avenging his shifuu :'). Yes, but it seemed too simple to the storyline and also something else in later eps confused me because there's more stuff about her mother and someone in the family etc. Also, if she WAS raped by bandits but the family takes pity and keeps her in the Luo family I don't know how FL and ML can have happy ending as she would remain as the seventh daughter etc.
Only on ep 19, but can someone spoil, are the ML and FL cousins? Tag says fake siblings but are they actually cousins or not related at all (FL not from the Luo family at all?? )
For me season 1 was more entertaining. This season it seemed as if the storyline didn't progress much, it was too focused on the politics and less on the monsters, demonstrations, the kid that survived and why JJS and PJJ came back, why JJS turned etc. The reunion between PJJ and her kids wasn't even showed properly at the end. Even if they tried to focus more on the political gains of demonstrations, it was not executed properly There needs to be a season 3, otherwise S2 is just not worth watching, as nothing incredibly impactful happens and questions remain unanswered.
