i can understand where the hate is coming from hyun gyu but he is open about it through the show. s he knows what he is doing. he said he can be evil and he did by let's say 'manipulating' or 'gaslighting' the other contestants but it's also up to the other contestants if they will be played by him. they are in a game survival show and their only goal is to win. so why are you so hateful towards someone who wants to win when the only rule of the show is to avoid violence and theft and hyun gyu clearly followed it

I don't think the right term is scripted. the producer and the team behind the show clearly had an idea in mind and the contestants played it and made it happen in reality for them. they were playing under the control of the pd

I don't think u watched it well. she didn't give up. she was 'betting' on the chances of hyun gyu messing up his chance since if they keep on betting the same it will not stop. however, hyun gyu also 'bet' at the end with what he thinks is the answer in which he was successful so i can say he deserved. i also think it's better if you look at their overall performance not just the finals. hyun gyu has always been playing well from the start. whereas sohui also but she was more of a teamplayer rather than fighting for herself
Honestly, ep11 made it even more clear how Hyung gyu has figured out most of the others mentally! Who is bold…
nah, she knew she will go up against him right from the start. it all want according to their plan (more like hyun gyu's), eliminating the potential threat so they will advance in the final round

i think it will not end if sohui continued betting but i guess it was destiny. it was her calculation, and she thought it might work for her but hyun gyu pulled that at the end. so i can say he deserve the win. actually both of them are winner material so I'll be happy either way.
this season was really focused on the team game. it also made me wonder what could have happened if in some games, alliances are not allowed. or like the betting game at semi, it would change if they were to not talk to each other.
i honestly love this season. there is so much going on with all the betrayals. bro, idk about y'all but i just fall in love with hyun gyu. brilliant people are so attractive (him and sohui) i was rooting for both of them that u don't care which of them will win but the winner deserves it
