Thank you very much for your review on this Cdrama, as I am Brazilian I wasn't aware that his drama was the adaptation of a book till I finished it yesterday and looked for more info about it ,now I know it had others versions. I would like to watch the older version as well and read the book.Your review is amazing, I agree so much with you! The last scene would be so much better if it ended with the brothers together. It would be so much more remarkable. I kept watching the show simply for see the interaction between the brothers, the hug scene is amazing haha The way XYE jumps to hug his dear brother is fun and touching at the same time. I couldn't understand HOW int the world no one thought even for a second that XYE would try to trick them, and I also didn't get the wine poisoning in the end, also I didn't like the way female characters were portrayed.
Anyway I like this Cdrama in general,the visual effects are pretty good and definitely will remember those two brothers friendship ♥️
This just gets better each episode and what makes this drama more interesting is when you think the next episode will be dead serious, it surprises with even more funny scenes. Breath of fresh air, unlike other sageuks which tend to be really serious and hectic, this one is light-hearted and funny. I really really am enjoying this drama ! (Also their fight lol ! )

The first kiss was cute (I screamed, fyi), though I was a bit taken aback, it was unexpected but I WATCHED THIS SERIES FOR THE ROMANCE IN THE FIRST PLACE SO WHY SHOULD I CARE IF IT CAME OUT OF NOWHERE? I LOVE THEM I HOPE THEY STAY SWEET TO EACH OTHER because that's prolly the only thing that's keeping me hooked.
