1st, SFL was not evil, just too pampered, which made her naive. She thought she could change SFL to be a better person. SFL was her brother's mortal enemy. they fought each other in war. Worse, her brother was with his old flame. She was so naive that she let herself be used by SML, indirectly hurt ML's feelings. The evil one was SML. He orchestrated a scenario that made him saved people, to make them loyal to him, used them for his selfishness, including his old flame. He can kill innocent people without remorse, and he even shot his old flame with a crossbow.

SFL loved SML, but SML loved FL (his old flame). At that time, FL was already with ML (1st Prince of A state, SFL's brother).
