Does anyone know the name of the series or actor in my profile?
Hey! I was randomly checking out upcoming series pilots, and I actually found it! Itās from the original pilot of a series called Friend to Fan. Hope that helps! š
YESSSS!!! FINALLY!!! Iāve been waiting for what feels like FOREVER, and the day is HERE!!! Iām SO FREAKING EXCITED to binge-watch this! Today is going to be EPIC!!! LETāS GOOOOO!!! š„
anyone notice the binary tattoo on his side? I'm wondering what it's supposed to mean. š¤ my nerdy side has…
I think itās a fake tattoo tied to his last character, Yothas, in Perfect10Liners. I havenāt seen the series yet, but I read that it supposedly represents the date Yothasā parents separated, which was a significant part of his backstory.
I think that was meant to be how Hill was written. I have seen Pond in other works and when I tell you the boy…
I get it! I havenāt seen 180 Degrees or any of Pondās other works, so I canāt really judge his acting, but if heās that good in other roles, then maybe Hillās character just wasnāt written the best or it didnāt translate well on screen.
I really wanted to connect with their relationship, but something felt off. Whether it was the writing, the chemistry, or Earthās performance, it just didnāt click for me. Maybe if theyād approached it differently, their dynamic couldāve been more engagingābut hey, thatās just my opinion!
The drama had its sweet moments, and I loved it by the end.
That said, the first few episodes were a bit of a slog for me. It wasnāt until the spotlight turned to Johan and North that the drama truly came aliveātheyāre the couple that made it all worth it!
Tbh Earthās pacing felt painfully slow, and Hillās stiff acting, with just two or three facial expressions, made their pairing fall flat.
- "Each person has their own sea to live in, and the waters will never mix."
- "Rocked by the waves, by the time I noticed, I was swept offshore again."
- "To prevent the waves of misery from overcoming someone important, he watched that person from the sea."
- "Our seas are intertwined; I think we are all being swept away by the same wave."
- "Before the sea, humans are powerless."
- "In a vast sea, how likely is it that a lost fish gets to reunite with its shoal?"
- "I built a boat to carry this too-long letter, but since it's a small boat, it wonāt reach your sea. It will be swept away by the waves and sink, becoming something that never existed."
A gentle reminder that no matter how vast or isolating our seas feel, we are all connected by the tides. šāØ
Someone mentioned manga has a happy ending so I guess this will as well
Oh, thatās great to hear! If the manga has a happy ending, Iām feeling more confident. Iāll start watching it nowāfingers crossed it stays true to the original! thank you ĖĖ
