Solid medical drama with an important message

This is a really good medical drama with nonstop action. There are no unnecessary romantic or side plots that drag out the story. I love the strong personality of the main character and their determination. The supporting characters are also well-written, and the acting is decent. It’s really engaging to watch, and the series also addresses an important topic, how medicine has shifted from being a passion or vocation to more of a business. I highly recommend it and really hope for the next season.

WTPR has everything can expect from a kdrama

Reviews are subjective but honestly I’ve never rewatched any drama as many times as this one while it was still airing… not even my beloved CLOY. For me, it’s perfect: the script, directing, camera work, the length, the tempo, no unnecessary or cringe scenes, and so many details are well thought out. The OST as well, and best of all, the acting and the chemistry between the main leads. We see a rarely seen nowadays top class acting from not only main leads but also supporting actors.
Of course it has a few parts in the form of illogical and slightly realistic consequences of various accidents, but this is a common technique in this genre and is no more miserable than in other dramas, and it does not affect the story or the pleasure of watching.
To be fair, I haven’t seen a lot of the iconic and older dramas yet, but I think I’ve watched over a hundred various dramas already, and this one has everything I expect from a kdrama. For me, it’s in my top 3 and I will rewatch it more than any other series for sure.

Positively surprised and delighted

I’m positively surprised and delighted by this drama, especially by the political and historical storyline. The romantic thread is understandable, but the story is so good that it felt like just an addition, I think it would have been fine without it as well. The main male roles were outstanding. This K-pop idol’s acting was generally weak but not terrible as a debut, though far below the level of professional actors. In fact, it seems to me that she had significantly fewer scenes and less screen time compared to the male lead, so maybe she didn’t really have the opportunity to show more, dunno. This drama will definitely be among my favorites, and I will come back to watch it again.

Words are (very) unnecessary, just watch it and give voice to silence

Movie perfect in every aspects: script, acting and editing... Looks like an independence cinematography. If someone has not yet opportunity to watch and appreciated the acting skills of Yoo Ah In, then after this film there should be no doubt of talent of this young generation actor is by no means exaggerated. The children's roles also deserve to be recognition. It's hard to describe something more so as not to reveal the plot. It is just unique, touching and simply beautiful And I guess it's a shame to waste review space for unnecessary words, so you should just watch it and give voice to silence...
