Here's my take.
I really like this show. It had a very new and unexplored concept of a labour attorney which i haven't seen in many law dramas. The dynamics with Na hui-joo his sister in-law and her content creator "friend" Ko gyeon-u were very enjoyable aswell.
It had an intriguing story telling where you really got to dive deep into each experience and were shown how different each case was. Nothing was clean cut good or bad. I also wanna highlight the amazing director and camera crew where scenes were really unique, at some points it was realistic and you were walking alongside them and others felt like a fever dream. I think it is partly due to how they ventured with different filming and camera styles which could've been a hit or a miss but I personally thought it was well-executed(very fun to watch the subtle changes in perspectives and angles ) .

As you get introduced to the characters you realise they have depth to them, rather than just being there to help No mu jin they had more of a life outside of the main character , specifically the female characters. They were likeable and nuanced which personally I feel many shows are lacking in and they didn't force them to be too anything either just normal individuals .

Although it's a lighthearted drama on the surface it really does spotlight ongoing issues within current society and really invokes empathy towards those going through that however since it is a comedy drama, when paired with the comical aspect the message was conveyed in a lighter more digestible way. Furthermore the comedy of the show was genius they so well written and smooth, it wasn't just confined to verbal jokes however, the actors really knew what they were doing and their expressions and body language spoke for them.

Even though I liked this show it wasn't something I'd specifically tune on for every week and I was lucky I didn't have to as I watched it after all episodes had been released. Although it was very good concept there wouldnt have been that hook to make me anticipate the next batch . Furthermore I feel like they could've went deeper into some things like hui-joos and gyeon-us' relationship as I feel like they weren't explored as much and we as the audience weren't shown much of their backstory . Also after they become official they still didn't really come off as a couple as their dynamic stayed basically the same.

But for now I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as they did they're best with the 10 episodes they had and I hope in season 2 they can Improve on that.

*I would reccomend this drama for people who want a comedy and slice of life drama that doesn't revole heavily on romance and more on the struggle of everyday people around us.

*For now I appreciate the hard work of the cast and crew and sincerely thank you for creating an entertaining and meaningful show. I can't wait for season 2 :).
