Bittersweet
I recently finished watching this drama and if i had to describe it in one word it would be "Bittersweet".The change in perspective, between those left behind and the deceased is a refreshing take. You can see the stark contrast in everyone's way of dealing with these newfound emotions.
Everything from start to finish was crafted with such care, the difference in lighting and colouring to what the characters wore to even the way they moved conveyed the story's message in a subtle way.
Even though it was short I do not think it needed more episodes. I think it was encapsulated perfectly in the 6 episodes with not many irrelevant/boring scenes. However it was quite slow paced but everything lose end does tie together in the end really well.
I really liked the characters they show the versatility of being human. They all have flaws and regrets but they all choose different paths to deal with it. Specifically Ram u's best friend Lee Hong seok I feel like they really did their big one with his character, his grief wasn't visible but he still experienced the same thing as Hui wan still felt everything but still kept it to himself so others could be vulnerable which hugely contrasts with Hui wan who is constantly stuck in a state of guilt, regret and remembrance where she partly forgets that's she's not the only one who's struggling.
We are clearly shown how she changes mentally and physically after the death of Ram-u due to that its a loud and uncomfortable change we are forced to witness. However it's not a sad thing to watch in it's entirety as we see her begin to embrace those feelings and recongize them as something other than a burden and as long as she cherishes and lives on with those feelings Ram u will always be with her.
One thing I would say is that the flashbacks were confusing at times and hard to keep up with so if would've been nicer with a bit more clarity on the different times.
*I would advise people who want a story to fill their heart with hope and acceptance to watch this show.
*I also want to say thank you to the whole crew who worked so hard on this show behind the scenes, paying attention to every little detail which really made the whole experience so enjoyable and to the actors who portrayed their characters really put all their effort into making sure they did their characters justice.

One of the best shows of 2025!!
I personally applaud the screenwriters, actors , directors, cinematographer and in general the whole crew for carefully creating such a beautiful show both aesthetically and emotionally . It has such a lasting effect on the viewer and really left me speechless.I believe the whole premise of the show is such an uncomfortable reality for many people yet it covered the harsh truth of it in such a sensitive and warming way that it really changed my perspective. One moment that stuck with me particularly, was when Lee Je ha and Lee Da eum were discussing the ending of love in white and Da eum tells Je ha that she wants to change the ending to one where she does die, to show that love doesn't disappear after death. Eventually they do change the ending to that, to me personally that felt more comforting. Rather than avoiding the inevitable, embracing it and not letting go of the feeling of love we have for them after they die is what keeps them alive in us.
Further more the acting was phenomenal not only did Nam Koong Min and Jeon Yeo been play their role well, they fully immersed themselves into the characters where I even began to forget the fact they were actors and not Lee je ha and Lee da eum, a director and a terminally ill actress. The supporting cast also did impeccable they did not lack in one aspect, everyone aced their role and the emotions relayed felt so raw and real specifically Oh kyung Hwa (Da-eums childhood friend), Kwon Hae hyo(Da-eums dad), Seo hyeon-woo (producer), Park eun woo(Da-eums college "friend") Moon so ri (Da eum's mother), Lee sang hee(Je-ha's mother), Do yu jin(younger Kim Jin-yeo) they all added some much depth to their characters and as a viewer i really have to appreciate their effort. Even the ones I wasn't able to name still really put their all into this show and it's very noticeable!
Thank you :)
*I'd advise everyone to watch it as its so genuine and human that you can't help but be moved to tears.
*The reason the rewatch value rating is slightly lower is because it's a drama that stays it's a comforting show but it wouldn't have the same experience if you rewatched it.

Here's my take. I really like this show. It had a very new and unexplored concept of a labour attorney which i haven't seen in many law dramas. The dynamics with Na hui-joo his sister in-law and her content creator "friend" Ko gyeon-u were very enjoyable aswell.
It had an intriguing story telling where you really got to dive deep into each experience and were shown how different each case was. Nothing was clean cut good or bad. I also wanna highlight the amazing director and camera crew where scenes were really unique, at some points it was realistic and you were walking alongside them and others felt like a fever dream. I think it is partly due to how they ventured with different filming and camera styles which could've been a hit or a miss but I personally thought it was well-executed(very fun to watch the subtle changes in perspectives and angles ) .
As you get introduced to the characters you realise they have depth to them, rather than just being there to help No mu jin they had more of a life outside of the main character , specifically the female characters. They were likeable and nuanced which personally I feel many shows are lacking in and they didn't force them to be too anything either just normal individuals .
Although it's a lighthearted drama on the surface it really does spotlight ongoing issues within current society and really invokes empathy towards those going through that however since it is a comedy drama, when paired with the comical aspect the message was conveyed in a lighter more digestible way. Furthermore the comedy of the show was genius they so well written and smooth, it wasn't just confined to verbal jokes however, the actors really knew what they were doing and their expressions and body language spoke for them.
Even though I liked this show it wasn't something I'd specifically tune on for every week and I was lucky I didn't have to as I watched it after all episodes had been released. Although it was very good concept there wouldnt have been that hook to make me anticipate the next batch . Furthermore I feel like they could've went deeper into some things like hui-joos and gyeon-us' relationship as I feel like they weren't explored as much and we as the audience weren't shown much of their backstory . Also after they become official they still didn't really come off as a couple as their dynamic stayed basically the same.
But for now I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as they did they're best with the 10 episodes they had and I hope in season 2 they can Improve on that.
*I would reccomend this drama for people who want a comedy and slice of life drama that doesn't revole heavily on romance and more on the struggle of everyday people around us.
*For now I appreciate the hard work of the cast and crew and sincerely thank you for creating an entertaining and meaningful show. I can't wait for season 2 :).
