Just because the scene are the same that's not mean they are talking about the same things! In novel she clarify her feelings for Cheng lang in that scene. But in drama since ep 28 , she alreay let go cheng lang and didn't even want to clarify because she know she doesn't has any feelings for cheng lang any more. In ep 28 She told tao tao that she already let go cheng lang.
And in ep 32 , she also told the same thing to cheng lang that " I am teasing you, this matter already passed many times ago. And you don't like me,It's impossible for me hanging on your tree forever! Isn't it?? " And she looks really happy after saying these. So its clear🤷🏻♀️ !! Why do you still think she doesn't move on?!

Because they have changed in drama sooo many dialogue of Chapter 8 (section 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) and the whole part of chapter 9 of the novel. And that's why drama's end is perfect for the DRAMA. Don't need to compare them, those are different from each other! And it's perfect! Drama's Xiao ju really deserves better..
