In drama after 2 years later she moves on and sees him as a friend( who is one the most important person)
but in novel, 2 years later she moves on but she still thought that she still cares for him because of 'LOVE' and after that incident ( that bag incident) she finally realize "He is like siblings, or a part of her body, he can not forget , can not lose, can not break the news, will always care about him but that kind of feelings is no longer the love" (She took it this long to remove that love feelingsπ©)
But in drama there is nothing like that she only thought about shi yi.
