If you read, you can know the difference between the two xiao ju! That xiao ju was the most Confusioning character that i never got to know what was her actual feelings!!😅 she changed her feelings in every section (specially in last 2 chapter -8 and 9) .

They already changed alot of scenes from the novel!

Please don't compare the novel with the drama! There are so many difference 😩 !!! This xiao ju is far better than that xiao ju.

In drama, since ep 28 it was clear that she moves on and let go of cheng lang when le tao asked her, she clearly told her!! Please don't compare, there are still many differences !!

And in drama she rejected shi yi and doesn't accept him because she really doesn't have any special feelings at first but later it developed.

But in novel, she didn't accept him because she still thought that she didn't let go cheng lang!

What i remember, like in this drama they show us xiao ju moves on from cheng lang after 2 years of time gap but she just feels uncomfortable.
But in novel she was still in hesitation "I don't know, my burden is still there.

But this xiao ju is different. She moves on and she doesn't want any in replacement.

Her feelings started in ep 30 so if you want some realistic plot then they have to show us that long. Atleast it is not like so suddenly!
And you just watched some trailor of 1 min! 🤦🏻‍♀️ and you judge them! The both ending is realistic because they changes their feelings a lit bit.
In drama after 2 years later she moves on and sees him as a friend( who is one the most important person)
but in novel, 2 years later she moves on but she still thought that she still cares for him because of 'LOVE' and after that incident ( that bag incident) she finally realize "He is like siblings, or a part of her body, he can not forget , can not lose, can not break the news, will always care about him but that kind of feelings is no longer the love" (She took it this long to remove that love feelings😩)
But in drama there is nothing like that she only thought about shi yi.
Lets just watch the episode then judge !!
