That's only for c dramas/c movies. If you look for non - chinese dramas there, they all are highly rated. (Example - OBS has 8.7, Run on - 8.5, Dali and Cocky prince - 8, Youth of may - 8.6) Usually you can't trust their ratings fully for cdramas/movies. Sometimes they started fan wars there.
