And in the end of the special episode , it says " Family, lovers and friends, even if one day we will be separated, please believe that in a long time, we will meet again eventually " So idk if they ended up together or not š May be they ended up together but it was not a proper closer for the viewers.

In a tv show, if a minor character (means the character still is in school) uses the word "dating", it won't even get the permission to release.
