Probably yes, it's older woman/younger man romance.
The FL character is 30 years old and the ML probably younger than her as the ML's mom mentioned "He is young and playful". But still don't know what is his age, i only have watched the 1st ep.

Edit : in the 2nd episode, the ML mentioned their age gap - 8 years.

I was actually talking about "The Whole World is Behind You" which is similar to "When Night Falls".

There is but that is gentle/innocent kiss since it is set up in school and the ML character is a teenager.
One is in the cheek and the other one is a light kiss in the lip (but that was a dream of the FL).
