I saw a post in twitter that someone in douyin requested iQiyi for SFOT's special episode/epilogue and iQiyi replied "Got it". So not fully sure only 10% chance is there for special ep. It's 8.9 that doesn't mean you will like it. It clearly means majority likes it. Liking or disliking is a utterly personal matter. Just because you dislike it that doesn't mean the other people can't like it, also the vice versa.
For me, yes it's good! Ep 1 to 14 -- sweet, time travel (although it's not actually a time travel) , youth, high school romance drama but still there is thrill and suspense because the FL was trying to find out why all these things (i won't spoil you what is this about tho) happened and how and she was trying to prevent those. The end of Ep 15 to 24 -- intense, full of angst, sad, emotional.
