As of 2/2/2026 there are 13 versions. "Xie Jia Hou Wo Ming Dong Jing Cheng" is the most different. "From Ancient Times" is my choice of the best representation of the other versions of a high born woman who transmigrates to a modern, wealthy business family.
Although the overall premises of the two don’t really match, other than the enemies to lovers trope, they both feel to me like they’re a part of South Korean BLs that you just don’t see anymore. They broke expectations and brought about light in the dark. I miss the South Korea BLs that took risks and chances and I hope they will find their way back from whatever this short-form nonsense they seem to have become in recent days. If only….

Even if This Love Disappears Tonight and Even if This Love Disappears from the World Tonight are similar because both are adaptations of the same original novel, which means they share the same core storyline, themes, and emotional foundation. Both focus on a poignant romance shaped by memory, loss, and the fragility of love, exploring how relationships are affected by circumstances beyond the characters’ control. The main characters in both versions are built around similar personalities, struggles, and emotional arcs, allowing viewers to experience the same depth of character development and growth. The background setting, tone, and narrative progression are also largely consistent, emphasizing a bittersweet atmosphere that highlights themes of impermanence and devotion. While there may be differences in presentation, pacing, or cultural nuances depending on the adaptation, the heart of the story remains the same, delivering a touching and emotional exploration of love that resonates across both versions.

It tells the story of the four-hundred-year-old strongest female ghost master, He Si Mu and the mysterious major general Duan Xu, who met because of the broken delusion sword. The new aesthetic style is presented with both the mysterious and treacherous Guixu realm, the cruel battlefield of the killing ice, and the warm and lively fireworks world. The story observes the suffering of all living beings with compassion and warms the world with the blood of the child. Breaking through the traditional fantasy and fairy-tale drama types, using the Liaozhai-style story with oriental charm and the unique worldview of the coexistence of human spirits to create a magnificent oriental fantasy epic.
- Chinese Mythology
- Has supernatural element
