Both ml like pretty clothes and are gender nonconforming, and both shows are a sweet comfort watch! The casting is impeccable in my opinion, mostly with Hikaru and Kuranosuke (tho the movie adaptation for Princess Jellyfish with Suda Masaki is superv as well!). Takarada Takara works for a company. On a rainy day, he walks helplessly without an umbrella. Somehow, he watches a stage play performed by theatrical troupe Eiyu. Takarada Takara becomes touched by Kamoshima Yujin's performance. Afterwards, Takarada Takara decides to quit his job and become an actor. He also joins theatrical troupe Eiyu.

Differences: Double is a lot darker and has a bit of a unique plot for a BL centered on actors. A lot less fluffy romance and more... co-dependent? I can't think of a better for to describe it haha, I don't want to call it toxic but it's definitely not healthy.

The female lead was the same situation where they lost becameing themself with their past life, and the female lead has feeling love but guilty at the same time with male lead
Revenant and Head Over Heels actually feel surprisingly similar once you line them up. In Revenant the female lead is the one pulled into the supernatural, dealing with possession and a dark mystery that completely flips her life upside down. Meanwhile, in Head Over Heels, it’s the male lead who suddenly gets thrown into the spirit world, forced to deal with ghosts and strange abilities he never asked for. Both dramas pair the affected character with someone who helps them navigate the chaos, creating a partnership built on uncovering hidden truths and trying to stay one step ahead of forces they barely understand. Even though Revenant is much darker and Head Over Heels leans more romantic and warm, they share that same core idea of ordinary people being dragged into the supernatural and having their lives changed forever.
This is also love story of a group of friends but all love stories do progress together. Not one of my favorite multi star dramas but its watchable
