MadelineMaureen I appreciate the fact we spend the majority of this episode with He SuYe and what is going on in his world...and what he is struggling with on his own. Watching his father treat a woman he's never met before better than he ever treated his mother in the same space, and on his birthday, no less...peace of work. I really can't stand his father, and I'm hoping for the day SuYe spells it all out for him in detail on WHY he failed as a husband and a father. SuYe and then XiFan reaching out to each other...her remembering it's his birthday....the whole scene made me cry for them. Zhang Ling He and Xu Ruo Han have really perfected the art of crying without letting the tears fall. The way you can see how verklempt SuYe is when trying to articulate what he wants to say to her next. The director did a really good job holding on moments, and letting the audience feel the awkwardness and tension of their interactions. How they showed SuYe's isolation even surrounded by family. There was a small glitch in this episode, which was either just my stream from iQIYI or something that will be edited out within a day. But while SuYe was fixing the red beans parts of the scene repeated themselves and the audio/sound mix got a bit funky. Again, not sure if it was just me or something everyone saw. But with how quick directors are about going back to re-edit episodes lately, I wouldn't bet on it existing for a whole 24 hours. ps. the audacity of SuYe's father, giving a woman his son's room on his damn birthday....straight to jail. At this point I'm voting for cutting ties and moving his hometown to his mother's. (you are registered in your hometown...think like a passport....it actually matters for legal and financial reasons.)

This starts a new misunderstanding between Xi Fan and Su Ye. The awkwardness and fumbled rejection was so well done. Xi Fan is still dealing with the trauma of her ex, and then adding on the little intern putting in her unasked for 2cents....so many emotions. Xi Fan doesn't know how to reject someone who she actually has feelings for. It's messy, and heartbreaking to see both of them struggling in their own way. Great episode but tissues needed.

estar i am gonna be a party pooper(!), but i didn't enjoy this ending. Do Ha didn't do a thing to win me back & i don't think he is worthy of U Hyeon or his love. if anything he gave the bare minimum & U Hyeon had to do all the heavy lifting. now if U Hyeon was Kwon Jun Su, would be beyond understandable. but that's not the case. *****************************************************************************************************************U Hyeon's only fault was that he didn't realize his 'heart' until it was too late (which - what is late? why was it late? why the deadline, cause of the bet?!?) can one schedulize emotions & feelings?!? ******************************************************************************************************************************************Do Ha was acting like a spoilt, immature brat for the last few eps & as understanding as i wanna be. he wasn't that understanding towards U Hyeo (& yes in his opinion he gave U Hyeo all the time in the world = since confessing) but still i can't rejoice in this coupling or this ending. *********************************************************************************************************idk how it develops in the Mahwah, guess will be checking it out in the hopes that there is enough time there, to make better sense of how this plot develops. so both guys r portrayed in a better light (i mean Do Ha). as is this was ok & if i rewatch this it will be only until ep 7. i better they part ways then what we got in the finale - but that's me.

yarnie billing matters are really obvious in this drama.There are way too many scenes for a side character even more than leads at times. This Suluo character's actress already made me dislike her cause of unfairness I hope I wont see her ın another drama.

Huang Riying and ChengLei pairing is the couple I needed for a long time! Both as casting and their characters' story. BUT their screen time is like 2 out of 10scenes maybe even less... Plots didnt blend well with this drama.When its romantic and funny scene suddenly changes dramatically and u find urself watching a crime scene..

this ep is hard for me to sit through, i keep stopping out of pure anger. it's not that i don't get why Do Ha is acting the way he is. BUT(!) he was the one that initiated everything with U Hyeon, U Hyeon was suffering cause of his unrequited love, all on his own. he wasn't bothering anyone, just suffering quietly, counting the days when he would start collage & put some distance between him & his crush/teacher in the hopes that his heartache would lessen & he would forget/move-on. but then Do Ha offered the bet & cause U Hyeon didn't 'jump too' standing at attention or rather falling to his knees pledging his undying love - he is ghosting him?!? really?!? *********************************************************************************************************************************************i hate this type of crap, U Hyeon isn't at fault - would anyone want someone that can have a change of heart in the blink of an eye?!? so cause its taking him time, he now deserves to be treated like he's invisible? so i am really getting infuriated with Do Ha's behavior & to think U Hyeon will have to beg & plead for anything, is just making me see red. *******************************************************************************************************************************************glad that at last the teacher gave U Hyeon some sound advise. still think dude was really flirty with a student, maybe it was a ego trip to have some young kid look at him with cow eyes. either way didn't like the dude.

get all the angst & frustration about not being able to communicate ones feelings, cause they all jumbled up. maybe u can't even understand what is going through ur mind/heart... *******************************************************************************************************************************************Do Ha having enough of waiting for U Hyeon to confess his love, but sadly as in life u don't get what u want when u want it. they both need to grow in every way, to understand themselves, let alone verbalize what they feel. so for now Do Ha chose to put himself first - which is good. maybe the distance is what will do both good. something that will also make U Hyeon realize how he really feels, about both his teacher & Do Ha.

i seriously wanna punch that teacher, like WTF is he doing?!? he ran away when U Hyeon confessed, sat mute when Do Ha told him to stop messing with U Hyeon. now he's back to buttering U Hyeon up. i am sorry (idk what is written in the Mahwah) or what anyone else says - this dude is lowkey flirting with his student. & as the adult in the equation, he needs to know better. even if he didn't realize, the sec he got confessed too, he should've stopped & distanced himself from U Hyeon - but nope. **********************************************************************************************************************************************am glad the whole back story between Do Ha & Jun Su amounted to a bad-friendship & nothing more. am sure Jun Su was interested in Do Ha but cause of his image or his friends he wasn't ready to face that side of himself. either way he deserved to get his ass handed to him. just wish Do Ha (who is usually very active, when it comes to the teacher & U Hyeon) was a bit passive, just avoiding Jun Su. the problem wont go away like that... well in reality it usually doesn't.

Damn I was so invested just with the opening and then I got so depressed already. This was so much more creepy and stressful than I expected like I thought it was gonna be a quirky and cute fantasy romance - It’s still good so far but aaaa. I am just overall DEEPLY STRESSED because I can't imagine how this story will go and I feel like it's not self-contained enough to have a good ending.

Celestia- HOD Shanggu is understanding her feelings that what she feels for Bai Jue is different from what she feels towards Yuemi and Tian Qi and that other god, she likes Bai Jue, but they've got too many responsibilities, and it doesn't look like they'll be happy till the end, Xianxia s make me cry a lot. But I hope I'll cry a little less than usual, Tian Qi was punished with thunder strikes for the Love Rope, but still he's only concerned about Shanggu, I really hope he could understand Yuemi's feelings, he's such a dumb person, he can't read the room nor can he see her feelings.

Ck1Oz I need to check my pulse. Pause a few times to recover.My God what are the actors drinking? I am dying from their chemistry.The director did a great job setting up the mood and filming sensitively.

aad this episode was ALMOST JUST FULL OF JUST CUTE SCENES (other than the grandpa scenes which I skipped 😭 ) and I'm so happy the second couple finally communicated again and their relationship progress is moving. anyway, I LOVED this episode so much!!

The backstory was believable and heartfelt Mao's beautiful spirit that drew him into her life and I cannot wait to tune in next weekfor more of their story unfolds before us.

I SWEAR ALMOST ALL OUR QUESTIONS HAS BEEN ANSWERED i yearn for their kiss scene plssss!! The acting, cinematography and all others are TOP NOTCH i wish there will be a love story between jaeyi and seulgi in the last 3 episodes!! 10/10 GL SERIES FOR ME!!

this ep was SO CUTEEE and heartwarming!! I loved their cute moments like how he comforted her at the end and the ferris wheel scene!! I was so looking forward to that scene after reading that part in the novel
