The Romance of Tiger and Rose

At eighteen, she dreams of her father, who tells her he’s in another world and has sent someone to bring her to him. After traveling through countless worlds, she meets the cold and mysterious Yin Chang Li, who promises to reunite her with her father but demands she signs an unfair contract first. As they set off on an adventure together, their lives become intertwined, leading to unexpected discoveries and challenges.

Both are short dramas in which the FL enters the world of a story and alters the plot. She also ends up falling in love with the villain of the story.

Both dramas have a real world FL entering the novel and trying to change her character's fate since her character is supposed to die in the story. The FL in both is married to and falls in love with the story's villain who begins to change as he falls in love with her.

Both dramas are about modern day, quirky, and fun FLs who enter a historical setting, both MLs are trying to kill the FL, and their romance is an enemies to lovers setup.

Both are about a real world FL who enters a novel where she's a supporting character.

-But they're (FLs) both capable, one from being a doctor, the other for knowing the plot of the story.
-MLs are initially cold, but adorably sweet when they fall in love & MLs fall in love first
-Both are time travel dramas... sort of.
-Both have the main characters marry each other early on & fall in love with each other

I think Tiger & Rose has a lot more comedy than PAL, but both are super light watches.

Both dramas have a FL from the real world who finds herself having become a character in a story and falls in love with the story's villain.

Both light and fluffy dramas, romance and comedy, with a cute and lovable leads. Both not very heavy dramas, easy to watch and with unique stories.

Both plots are 'gender benders'. (TROTAR is slightly) and have a lot of comedy.
In TROTAR a girl goes into a world that she wrote, Hua Yuan City is a city where instead of men being in power, women have overall power. Men are not allowed to be officials, they can't own businesses and they can't even join the army. A powerful man from the city near them (Where the rules are different) marries of FL (who realizes she is the evil princess of Hua Yuan City).

In OMG the FL is a powerful General that is looked up to, she acts quite manly whereas the ML is a handsome yet useless, cowardly man who acts femininely.

I get similar vibes from these dramas but the plots are in no way similar.

- Male lead is of royal blood (specifically, the emperor)
- Male lead has the same face as the guy that irritates the female lead in her world/reality

- Quick-witted, fun-to-watch female lead
- On the same comedy level as Romance of Tiger and Rose
- Same romance vibes as ROTAR
- Love triangle between male lead, female lead, and another guy in the palace
- Great acting, even supporting roles are as fun to watch as those in Romance of Tiger and Rose
- Almost similar production value
- Memorable, swoon-worthy soundtrack

Entertaining big families that come close to heart.
The way both dramas deal with family-only dynamics is peaceful.
Full of comedy.
Heart-filling romances.
Double in-law couples.

In both dramas both the female leads are writers. They both travel from modern time back to historical period. The romance of Tiger and Rose is really good!! The story actually makes sense and more believable.

Both dramas are about the FL entering a screenplay into a fictional historical world where she is a character.
