This drama makes a bunch of stuff right and only minor things wrong. It is a great mix for people like me, who like stuff that is; funny, serious, a bit emotional, inspiring, fluffy, light and entertaining, with great, likeable, interesting, lovely and supportive characters. On top of this, it also serves: a sizzling chemistry, a ML that melts heart 24/7 and a fun OST.

In detail:

+ I started this show very spontaneously, although it was on my PTW for quite a while. It hooked me immediately. Usually I prefer dramas with shorter episodes, because my concentration is really poor and I often check, how much of an episode is left. I didn't do this here. Not for a single episode. I was so immersed in the drama and it was so much fun to watch, that I was surprised at the end of every episode, when it was already over. I wasn't bored at all.
+ At first I was a bit intimidated by the long castlist, but you get very fast and easily used to all important characters, so it is even more fun to follow their stories.
+ The changing hospital patients keep the show interesting!
+ The OST is really nice! I like the vibe of the song. I had to constantly remind myself that this drama is from 2020 though, because it definitely gave me older vibes - not complaining about it.
+ Not. a. single. annoying. character. I usually roll my eyes when I read stuff like this, but I didn't anyone annoying. Actually, everyone had reasons for their behaviour that probably anyone can understand somehow. The characters are likeable, lovely and veeeery supportive most of the time, which made the drama easy to watch, since I was interested in everyones story.
+ The show serves a pleasent combo of funny and serious moment. I cried my eyes out in Episode 2. T_T and also in other episodes I got a little bit teary.
+ Low angst. I almost hate angst, because nowadays it is always created by unnessecary stupid drama. But this show is long on angst and doesn't serve stupid drama!
+ Eyecandy on every corner. For real. Every episode we get another serving of a hot male popping up out of nowhere. I was very pleased. :') Therefore: Tendo is outrageous attractive. His facial expressions, body language and way of speaking melted my brain several times.
+ The nicknames for the leads are funny and Sakura made me snort several times, when she wore the hero outfit.
+ There are so many cute things hidden in little details. (Did anyone else noticed the rice cooker in episode 8? I was never this sad to see a freaking rice cooker. x))
+ The acting was quite nice. I am a bit hard to please, when it comes to leads, because I like a bit of a complex power dynamic, but I don't like it much, if it comes off as one-sided love, because one lead is just an ass and treats the other part like shit. Or when one of them is just head over heels and stupid asf, at best combined with low self-esteem and we have a character I hate with all my heart. T_T :D Characters like Sakura are often annoying and too dumb, to be likeable for me. But Sakura is very balanced. They don't drag her clumsiness too far, which I really appreciate. :D Tendo had enough subtle moments, that showed, that he cares for her, so he didn't come off as too cold/harsh/desinterested. And I really really liked the fact that he always accepted her the way she is and didn't demand her to change. That was absolutely wholesome!
+ Some people might dislike it, but I am a sucker for "All males like the female lead". I can't get enough of a little jealousy and it was greatly delivered here.

+- While I liked the pacing in general, the pacing for the second and third couple was a bit too slow. Especially with the third one doesn't happen much, but that's not really something I would criticize too much. It's not really disturbing or annoying.
+- And while I know that Tendos character is build on being a Tsundere, I would have wished for a liiiittle more affection and sweet moments between them.
- I also got very annoyed by the constant interruptions all the time. This is something that gets frustrating in the long run.
- We have a good count of kisses, but unfortunately I didn't find them very appealing. Somehow a bit lackluster on the females side. I know she is the type of character for kisses like this, but at least one passionate kiss would have been nice.
- Minor continuity editing mistakes and some weird slomo, which was sometimes a bit awkward.

So all in all, its nothing new, but it uses known tropes in the right way and creates a show that kept me hook through all the 10 episodes, which is very very rare. I LOVE the low angst aspect and that there is no annoying character, who ruins the show. I felt so at ease watching this show and I would definitely recommend it!

Very lovable

The cast is very sweet and the main couple go well together. I enjoyed the plot, there was a good mix of drama and fluff. The secondary couple wasn't particularly interesting to me but they were sweet enough. I really enjoyed the friendships between all the hospital staff and seeing Sakura grow as a nurse. The medical drama aspect was well done too, and the patient stories were interesting and fuelled the main characters' stories well. If you like cute workplace dramas, you'll probably enjoy this.

Can they date when they even don't know their feelings

I found fl a bit too much like she does not have any self respect and like imposing herself on him. And I could not get the point why he agreed to date her when he did not like her(it just seemed to me). Yeah he liked her when they started hanging out after dating. BUT before dating they don't have any sweet moments or that loving gaze towards each other; from which we take the hint that ml is actually interested in fl. He just saw her working hard which is nothing to do with his own personal feelings. Same case with that Nishi and Ryuku*.

An incurable case of immaturity

This one is on my top 5 WORST drama ever and I've seen a lot - well probably the worst...
I can't stand the FL. She has no self-respect and dignity. She only exists for him. She became a nurse for the wrong reasons and unfortunately remained for the wrong reasons. I thought she had an epiphany after she got hurt, but no, it only got more and more stupid. An immature lovesick puppy with no pride. The only good thing is how she treats the patients.

The ML acts like he's a living god. He is a jerk, cold and constantly calling her dumb.

CHEMISTRY = 0!!!

I like Takeru Sato, but not in this drama. Tried to watch this after "Marry My Husband", but ewwwww.

Dropped it at episode 5. What a waste of time.

Can't understand the high rating.

Cute jdrama....!!!

I will keep it short review this time.....after watching heavy dosage dramas...this drama gave me a kind of break from them....its light weight drama...likeable and enjoyable drama...!!!

They are some plots or a part of story where you will have questions or feel thats stupidity but at the end after few scenes it turns into something meaningful or just changes your view....!!!

The cast of this drama did pretty good job in playing their roles... And its not easy to show nervousness, awkwardness so accurate like what the female lead acted...All other chatacters are so cute and lovely. They did really good job. Ost isnt much but you will like it!!! The cast of the drama is well chosen i must say.

All i want to say is that it's worth of your time drama!!! Atleast for me , i had a good time and i enjoyed it alot!! I hope you all like the drama!!!

THE CUTEST LOVE STORY

As a family, we have only watched 2 Japanese dramas, this being the 2nd. When I tell you we were all GLUED to the screen, squealing, yelling, crying, and loving every minute of it. Usually we're on our phones while watching. With this though? We all wanted to see every little detail. This is the CUTEST drama we've ever seen. I was a bit worried because I had seen a few reviews saying to give it time to warm up to you, but we were all enthralled in less than 5 minutes. This is going on the rewatch rotation and I wouldn't be shocked to find my mom watching it on her own soon. This definitely deserves your attention. We absolutely adored this. 10/10!

Help, This Drama Made Me Scream Into My Pillow and Facepalm 72 Times

Honestly, this series has never failed me. It gave me secondhand embarrassment, had me screaming into my pillow, cringing, laughing, feeling annoyed, sad, and even happy all at once. The chemistry between Nanase Sakura and Kairi Tendo was so strong that it made me laugh out loud, had to pause the episodes multiple times, facepalm, and literally scream. It was truly heart-tickling.

The story itself was good, though I felt some parts of the plot were unnecessary. Still, everything tied together nicely in the end, with every problem finding a solution.

As for Kairi Tendo, I sometimes felt his character was too forced into the “cool man” role. Even though he was played by Takeru Satoh, there were moments where he came across as too harsh or unnatural. I understand his character was supposed to be nonchalant and cold on the outside but warm on the inside yet at times it felt overdone.

Nanase Sakura, on the other hand, really tested my patience. She made me grit my teeth out of frustration. Like, can you not be so weak? So clumsy and scatterbrained? But then again, maybe that’s exactly her role, the perfect opposite of Kairi Tendo.

Overall, I had so much fun watching this. This series never fails to make me laugh, cringe, and facepalm in the best way possible. 100% CRINGEWORTHY ROMANCE SERIES 🤣

Baka!

I think I made an audible squee at one point

I have two new life goals; 1) find myself a doctor to glare at me in with a glorious tsundere smoulder. Or 2) become a drunken older sister to someone and provide dubious yet practical life advice.

My first j-drama, wanted something short to fill in the time while I wait for my more typical cdrama to finish airing to do the usual binge watch. So I jumped into this little rabbit hole because who can turn down an aloof doctor
….I have no regrets…flow, flowers of moe, flow….

never gets old

This is officially my comfort show, its one of those dramas that never gets old no matter how many times you watch it, at least for me.

what i liked:
-the chemistry:
uhg i keep coming back for them, bcz both the leads served amazing chemistry and bond. Those gazes? those heartfelt love confessions? the hand holding? the kisses? the hugs? I LOVE THEMM, they're too much for my heart, pure fluffiness.

-the fl:
yes i can understand if she cringes you or pisses you off when u first watch it, but they give me girl some good development, she wasn't their jst to prove her love but also to prove her role as a nurse, and she does both of them simultaneously and in a truly lovable way. Shes sooo adorable its hard not to fall for her optimistic personality.

the ml:
uhg takery satoh, every time this man appeared on screen, i paused and screamed for an hour, hes just tooo fine, and plays kairi's role jst perfectly, everything about him? perfect

the story:
it blends romance, comedy and the hospital environment so nicely, you can never get bored watching, its a treatt.

what i didnt like:
-random close ups, lmfao they caught me off guard.
-im not gonna lie some moments gave me major second hand embarrassment.

overall though:
every ''bad'' thing about it is excusable and forgettable for me, this drama got me into jdramas, and i love it with my entire heart. i need mone and takeru in another drama ASAP PLEASEEEEE
10/10, give it a shot BUT if u dont understand anime/manga humour, yeah skip this one.

Refreshing and heartwarming drama

This is one of those dramas that I regret not watching earlier. This was absolutely adorable! It's been a while since I felt so much feels, giddiness, and butterflies over a romance story. Nanase and Kairi is that cute couple that made me question my single life. This was 10 episodes, but it made me smile all throughout (plus satoh takeru's constant smoldering) . 100% would recommend to someone looking for an easy and refreshing drama. Plus, what I liked about it is that it wasn't slow burn, unlike many. I like how they got together around episode 5, established a relationship, and slowly fell in love with each other more throughout.

To anyone still hesitating on watching this, WATCH IT!

Perfect Drama!

This drama was absolutely adorable!! I watched the entire thing in less than 24 hours because I was so into it! You know a show is good if I binge watch it in one day!!
This show is actually like “Mischievous Kiss” (my all time favorite Japanese drama look it up if you haven’t watched it!), And specifically the Japanese adaptation not the other country adaptations! There are little scenes and instances that are almost identical and it makes me wanna watch Mischievous Kiss AGAIN for the 5th time!
The acting was very comedic at times and then really moving when it needed to be! I definitely cried a couple times as well! (THERE ARE MOMENTS THAT INCLUDE SUICIDE THAT MIGHT TRIGGER SOME PEOPLE SO YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!)
I cried so hard on episode 2 (I’m not saying why!! You’ll have to find out yourself~) Also the romance scenes!?! Omg I COULDN’T WAIT for the romance scenes to happen! They were so sweet! I got butterflies every time!! The kiss scenes felt so real, you could feel the love they had for each other through the screen!! The way the ML looked at the FL made me squeal!! And the main couple happened so fast so there’s no excess waiting where by the last 2 episodes they get together, nope! They were together and had such a strong relationship early on!! I would definitely recommend watching this! Overall it’s a sweet tear jerker that makes me want to find a love like the main couple!

This honesty has to be the best Japanese Drama that I have seen so far. Even behind is 'Devil" façade you can still see that he cares for her.
She defiantly has the dedication to continue to go after him even after all the rude things he calls her, but it also helps her grow (not that I'm condemning his words to her and putting her down so many times emotionally.)
I love how short and sweet it was. With the amount of 10 episodes it was able to explain the obstacles she had to get through but not too in-depth that there's any hatred for the supporting characters.
