These dramas offer intense storytelling, complex characters, and themes of crime, morality, and personal struggle, making them excellent choices for fans awaiting "As You Stood By."

MLs harbour a secret from their respective partners that have the chance of ruining their relationship. Secret is eventually revealed and the couples work through it (there are tons of crying, esp coming from ML).

These both have a 'serial killer' living like normal innocent people. The basement is too familiar to me when I watched Flower of Evil.

at first it blew my mind that Bride in Sneakers came from the same screenwriter with Flower of Evil, since they have very different tone (serious melodrama/police procedural in FoE vs romcom in BiS), but after I watch BiS in its entirety, I keep finding things reminding me of FoE . The biggest one is the male lead in BiS--his appearance and personality is quite similar to Kim Moojin from FoE. The mention of the FL gets rained when wearing new clothes/shoes. Character digging trash for evidence. Both stories involved bathroom cleaner and taxi driver. Writer used "Gwaenchana saram" (decent person) and "Geojitmal cheoreom" (like a lie) phrase in an unforgettable way in FoE, and as a fan of FoE I can't help but noticing she used the phrase in BiS too.

Suspense eletrizante.
Podemos confirma no protagonista? Ele é o culpado e tenta nos enganar ou mais uma vitima na história?
Os dois dramas tem essas questões em comum.

Flower of Evil is similar to A Shop for Killers Season 2 because both have constant danger, hidden identities, violent pasts, morally grey characters, and the feeling that nobody is completely safe. Both also rely heavily on suspense and characters being dragged deeper into a dangerous world.

However, Flower of Evil is much more of a psychological crime thriller with romance and melodrama. It focuses on a married couple, secrets, murder investigations, trust, and the question of whether you can truly know the person you love.

Yoshino Michi is 32 years old. She's been married for five years, but hasn't had sex for the last two. It's not as if she doesn't get along with her husband, it's just that the sex part is lacking. It was a bit unexpected, but one night when she when drinking with her colleague, Niina Makoto, she wound up confessing that her marriage had turned sexless. And then, a shocked Niina responded "My marriage is sexless, too," and smiled with a lonely look in his eyes.

Both are thrillers which revolve around a married couple, where the husband is keeping a secret from his wife, and the wife trying to figure out what it is. The female leads are strong individuals having to face that the person they love might not seem who they are . In both dramas the couple has a daughter where they have to navigate that too.

Both **"The Flower of Evil"** and **"The Man from Nowhere"** are South Korean productions that delve into themes of **hidden identities and intense emotional struggles**. In "The Flower of Evil," a man hides his dark past from his wife, who is a detective investigating a series of murders¹. Similarly, "The Man from Nowhere" follows a former special agent who conceals his violent past while embarking on a mission to rescue a kidnapped child?. Both stories feature complex characters, high-stakes action, and emotional depth, highlighting the lengths to which individuals will go to protect their loved ones and seek redemption.

An entertaining revenge drama follows Haibara Shoko, an ordinary high school girl who vows revenge after all of her family and friends are taken from her. Shoko, an ordinary high school girl, became an internet celebrity after she appeared in beauty streamer Tokumichi Hitoshi's video. However, her classmates, who are jealous of her success, lure her into a trap and film her being assaulted. As a result, the video goes viral and is spread across the internet - making her a target of hate.

To make matters worse, after her home address is revealed and her house is set on fire, she loses her parents as a result. And yet still, the digital tattoo remains on the internet. Suffering emotional scars, she ended up being taken in by her grandmother, where she lived a rough life. 10 years on, just as Shoko is deciding to end her life, she happens to see her former happy classmates on TV. At that moment, she vows instead to take revenge on them, and Tokumichi, regretful that he could not help in the past, lends her his support as her partner in revenge.

Both about people with antisocial personality disorder (sociopathy) and questions whether they are bound to be criminals. Both stories have mystery and ask deep psychological questions.

Not too similar except the fact that Lee Joon Gi is the lead in both dramas and the romance of his character and the female lead are crucial in both dramas.
However, I am recommending Flower of Evil to Moon Lovers fans because Flower of Evil is such an underrated drama and more people need to watch it. I know Lee Joon Gi has many fans from Moon Lovers, so I hope his Moon Lovers fans can watch Flower of Evil. Don't undersestimate the female lead, Moon Chae Won may not be the most popular to today's kdrama audiences but she is an acclaimed actress and she has great chemistry with Lee Joon Gi.
As for Flower of Evil fans, it is good to recommend Moon Lovers since it is indeed one of Lee Joon Gi's most popular roles, it's a good idea to watch it for Flower of Evil fans to understand why Moon Lovers fans hype Lee Joon Gi's role in this show so much. And Lee Joon Gi did a great job in this role too.
