cheating… if you’re good with that then you might like it

I was actually really enjoying this the last two episodes and I’m so mad that I spent money on the fast track for this.

Sun cheats in the last episode with ZERO remorse and when Nu finds out he says “it was my first mistake you have to forgive Me” be so freaking for real. and then right when I thought we were gonnna get a nu backbone Sun goes ahead and “makes himself sick” like if Nu doesn’t forgive him he’ll die. like let’s not gloss over he was all happy go lucky after the cheating an she only got upset once by found out. he would have happily lived his life carrying on like he wasn’t a POS.

like fuk this series ans I WAS a fan until ep 4 even if the SA pissed me off. and don’t even get me started on that whole dynamic

plus nu’s fiancé shows up in the last 5 seconds so either there is gonna be a new season or a special episode but honestly they can keep it… cause no thank you

way worse than it looks like

At first i really enjoyed this series. The main couple was sometimes a bit of a red flag, but overall were they green/orange. The side couples were also super enjoyable, but the problematic black flag couple chain and jorn on the other hand...
Just sick to even watch. The SA, yes SA and NO DONT ROMANTISIZE THAT, was just so disgusting to watch. It was like Vegas and Pete from KinnPorsche, but not even justified like them. Just two psychopats being 'lovey-dovey'. I HATED the romantisizing of cheating, SA and just randomly outing the first person you see.
Overall: don't let yourself get mislead in the first ep's, it only gets worse...

Just skip this one.

It was bad, but not the guilty pleasure kinda bad, it was just... almost painful to watch.
The pilot was waaaay better than the series.
Bad characters, awful acting, poor plot and to top it all off... A CLIFFHANGER!!!! Do they really think we want a season 2?

It was trashy, not even camp. They had a scene with 2 KIDS kissing (even if it was a peck).
They gave us the VegasPete from Temu.
Some scenes were like fever dreams.
The main character (Sun) cheated on Nu. Was he drunk? NO. High? NO Angry with Nu? NOOO
The best part was him asking for forgiveness: It was my first mistake.
Nu forgave him. Sun spent the whole show following the same patter : Do/Say sth shtty - Ask for forgiveness- Gets sick and tries to manipulate/ sweet talk Nu - Get away wit murder

If you want plot, you wont get any. If you want NC scenes, watch them on twitter/X. If you want a great cast full of strong actors... watch something else. hahahahaah

I've never disliked a series as much as this one

Where do I start..... WHERE??

Firstly, I loved Sun and Nu's (New and Bank) chemistry, so if these two were in a different series, I think it would be fire.

Secondly, the Same thing with Jorn and Chain, I would like to see them in a different series

-That brings me to Jorn and Chain in EP 5, I HATE, HATE! that they had to add in the SA to their storyline, it was so hard to watch, and it was not necessary for their story (Whoever defends the SA between them is nuts)

I also didn't like that Jorn was still kind of aggressive toward Chain afterward

I just don’t even know…

Let me start off by saying I would definitely not rewatch this series.

It started off ok. I thought “OK cool an enemy to lovers trope. I can get down with that.” It was all over the place and really didn’t make any sense. There was a lot of unresolved issues, and so much going on.

I didn’t really understand where the high school plot came in at all. They really should have left that out. It felt like a filler for the series.

Then I got to episode 5… and 1 of them gets 🍇ed, and they try and turn that into a story line.?. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Eye contact- a catastrophe in slow motion

I saw the low ratings but thought I’d still give it a try. Unfortunately, the whole series turned out to be a mess.

- It was packed with clichés: popular male lead–nerdy male lead, hate-to-love, love triangle, rich kid pretending to be poor, drunk sex leading to early love or a first kiss between the male leads—everything was conveniently slotted in with no real build-up.

- The violence and rape/confinement scenes were not only disturbing but also frustratingly glossed over, without being properly addressed or given the gravity they deserved.

- The relationship between the first main lead couple was toxic at best. Sun constantly manipulated his way out of situations, including cheating, by falling ill and guilt-tripping his partner—major deal breaker.

- The high school couple felt like unnecessary filler. Their story had no proper closure, and the dark "romance" added for the unexpected third pair was just appalling.

- And to top it all off—they ended the whole thing on a cliffhanger. Possibly the worst kind of ending for a show this chaotic.


What I can commend, even if just a little:

- The GL couple were kinda cute.
- The visuals were nice.
- The cast did well acting out their roles—even if the script didn’t support them.

A horrible and terrible story wrapped as a love story. All kinds of shitty situations and cliché. Getting together after Drunk non-con… getting together after rape… getting together after cheating… this show has it all. Non related side story in school setting. Unresolved story of parental issues. Unnecessary skinships and skin show. And a disgusting children kiss. The way it ended, mostly it’s coming for a second season. This is one show which was not needed to be made. The main actor is dumb and childish and what is with spectacles in 1st episode? Transformation from ugly to spectacular with just removal of glasses ??
Bodyguards come and go on whim and they don’t save the main lead from any thing.

Failed to address difficult topics such as rape.

Ep 5. They really need to work on the writing. While a petite actor can pound on a big actors
Chest while having a temper tantrum it doesn’t work for same stature couples. It just looks like poor acting. Too bad the actors can’t say this

The kidnapping and rape was glossed over and never given a true story. Police, ptsd deal with these real life issues Disappointing when you have set up a perfect opportunity for the group of people who RARELY ever report rape. It went sideways why did the writers allow that to happen? It different when you have two willing participants but to create acquiescence from a rape is just wrong. Show to community they can be strong and fight back and not encourage this behavior to continue.

But this series make my mad I can't express my feelings right now its 3:22 am I am writing this pathetic story it's remind me all flashback from I am your king..in 2025 normalising r*pe as romance i accept i support if he take full and final responsibility as partner life time it its freking crime..fights, kidnapping, tocher.
