Ml- Su Mu yu The UMBRELLA DEMON/dark assassin ????

It’s prequel that has pretty good cohesion to the sequel;
-Actors that play their characters fathers/Masters/ancestors.
-Music; One OST came in from blood of youth, and the others are very good.
-Story; Takes place 20 years before TBOY.
You can even tell who’s who but their younger selves.

Although the Mysterious Lotus Casebook (MLC) is not out yet, they have a similar plot about a powerful character that disappears; then re-appear after a period of time to fight calamity. Both dramas have the same ML and includes a level of bromance (From what I saw in the trailer). If you like one definitely give the other one a chance (when it comes out)

Both are about a bunch of youths, different levels/phases of martial arts, lotsa good fighting, solid CGI but the differences are….. The CGI of Duoluo Continent is closely related to animals because their cultivation is tied to nature, there is no political theme, production budget isn’t as high, just cos BoY has superb beautiful sets and costumes.

However, they face a dark foe in the form of Wang Chan, a practitioner of forbidden techniques that threaten the kingdom. Can Han Li help save his people and reach enlightenment, despite his humble beginnings?

Liang Chen Mei Jin is a female-centered historical drama set in the Ming Dynasty, following the story of Gu Jin Chao, a resilient woman who is given a second chance at life through rebirth. After a tragic past, she awakens in her younger body, determined to rewrite her fate and take control of her destiny. Surrounded by multiple male leads with varying loyalties and intentions, Gu Jin Chao navigates a web of palace intrigue, family conflict, and emotional entanglements. With her intelligence and inner strength, she rises against the constraints of a patriarchal society, challenging not only her enemies but the expectations placed upon women of her time. The Chen family, a famous family of martial arts in Dafeng State, was framed and exterminated. More than ten years later, its only surviving descendant Chen Yi was wronged again and became a wanted murderer. In order to find out the truth, Chen Yi, with the help of his good friend Ye Bo, avoided heavy pursuit and came to the first crime scene in Fengze City, a border town.

Through a series of investigations, Chen Yi discovered that all this was closely related to a mysterious local organization "Baekje Society". The organization was secretly colluding with Xiling State to provide a lot of assistance for Xiling State's invasion of Dafeng State. At the same time, Chen Yi also discovered that the organization was the real murderer behind the frame-up of the Chen family, because the Chen family's martial arts had made great contributions to guarding the border.
