Jiang Xue Ning's obsession to become an Empress causes the rebels to destroy the royal family. She gives up her life for Zhang Zhe's freedom and she is reincarnated as her 18 year old self and becomes a disciple of Xie Wie.

The similarities in time travel and the dynamic between relationships are similar, including the costumes. The fighting rebel scenes are similar in the skills and action scenes.

Guardians of the Dafeng is a mix of Joy of life and Sword snow stride and battle through heaven

Both of them has time travel / traveling to a world with historical setting, with a clever MC who uses modern knowledge to solve crimes. Also great comedy and action.

The male leads the journey to finding themselves, discovering the powers they hold, and learning how to use them. The mysterious family line is also one of the reasons they are so similar. It's a fun fact that they have a familiar face in both.

Similar themes of martial arts and mystic arts with a lost treasure that everyone seeks. The balance of comedy, action, sub-plots and found family arch is similar. Legend of Fei has more romance but GOTF has tasteful pacing and growth of character for the FL. LOF is more FL centric while GOTF is more ML centric. Both can keep you on your toes till the end!
