I really liked it, especially because it's something different among all the school/university BLs that were already kinda sick of.The idea is amazing; I loved the transitions XD.
In the first few episodes, both of them tried to fit into this new universe and I really enjoyed watching this part.
I loved how they hit of instantly, but there's one thing that i didn't really like: The transition from friends to lovers (or something more than just friends).
I felt like it was all over the place and just a bit chaotic with random moments and random kisses.
On the other side, I really started to love the last EPS again. How they both tried to get back into their universe and this weird in between of Tess & Pued.
Overall, i liked the beginning and the end, the middle was kinda unnessesary.

never seen chemistry better than them
the chemistry has never chemistry-ed like jimmysea make it chemistry my good LORD they had me down BADDDD weeping sobbing clutching the pillow over them being apart for one MONTH. i feel like im watching a married couple enjoy their damn alone time as a third wheel their natural cadence with one another is UNMATCHED!!!! jimmy is purely in this industry to smooch sea and giggle with sea and tease sea and chortle with sea and fool around with sea and stare at sea and i STAND BY IT. i also love the way talay’s voice goes so high and whiny whenever puen annoys or teases him it made the character for me <3ARGH I LOVE THEM SO MUCH THEYRE EVERYTHING TO ME!!!!

My jaw hurts from smiling!
It got me screaming, hitting pillow and smiling ear to ear. It really is one sweet romance that makes your heart flutter! It also has its funny moments, especially everytime Neo appears! Love seeing this different side of himInitially, I dropped this show as I found it quite slow, but I picked it up again after I watched JimmySea in Last Twilight. I'm glad I gave it another chance. It's worth it in the end.
It might starts off a bit slow, but once it picks up, it gets really good.
While there are lots of fluffy moments, this show isn't shallow at all. It brings with it life lessons around love, friendship, work and life in general. It got us thinking about things we might not consider on daily life. What if you get to live another life in other Universe? Would you want to live the other person's life or go back to your Universe? Why?
The only thing that bugged me is the product placement. It's common to have them and I understand why, but this show must have overdone it a little much. It felt annoying after a while when the script is written just for the sake of PPL. Like, how many times must the MLs stop to brush their teeth in 1 series?! Or, cook noodles, or eat that choc pie? or drink tea?
Like, there is easily 4 PPL in one episode. If we cut out those "forcefully written" script, I think we'll end up with 10 episodes, which then probably the show could have been more compact and exciting, lol
Besides that, I enjoyed everything else.
I really love JimmySea chemistry. It really warms my heart just watching them teasing, bickering, and falling head over heels in love for each other.
The ending is also very satisfactory for me, it's not rush at all.
I found it worth watching overall. Give it a try and you might just like it!

esteticamente agradável e bem feito
quando se trata de vice-versa eu talvez seja a pessoa mais parcial desse site já que na primeira cena eu já tava envolvida o suficiente pra saber que seria um dos meus bl's favoritos.se você tá procurando uma obra prima é claro que não vai ser isso que você vai encontrar, mas o desenvolvimento dos personagens e a sensibilidade na direção foi o suficiente pra me comover e me fazer gostar tanto o quanto eu gostei.
Uma das coisas que mais amo em mídias de romance é conseguir ver os personagens se apaixonarem de um jeito mais profundo e sem correr muito pra resoluções e intrigas coisa que vice versa entregou junto com a química muito bem explorada dos jimmysea, principalmente em cenas românticas,
é um dos meus bls de conforto, e me passa coisas boas, eu diria pra dar uma chance

My Vice Versa was missing vice versa
I would have ADvised the screenwriting team to ADd a bit more to this ADaptaion.Acting:
The acting was pretty solid, nothing super noteworthy, though. Nothing was horrendous either. I don’t think there was any real issue with the acting, the issues were elsewhere. Solid performances for what they were given.
Writing:
This could have been a grand story about two couples from parallel universes finding themselves and each other through obstacles and changes within their surroundings and within themselves. But instead we got this. It was an alright story as is, it just could have been amazing if they hadn’t made the decisions that they made. Having two couples would have made the conflicts faced by the characters feel more significant because you would have to wait to see what happened next while the focus shifted to the other world. I think the whole Tess didn’t grow thing was so dumb. Why introduce their backstory in their universe if you’re going to do absolutely nothing with it? I’m not gonna spend too much time talking about the ads because obviously I skipped them, but they were quite atrocious. This was okay at best, but it could have been so much more. Cameos were fun, but would have been more fun if the story was better.
Chemistry/Romance/Kissing:
Chemistry was solid. Jimmy and Sea work well together. This was a good romance, it just could have been a great romance and that’s disappointing. The kissing was fine, nothing crazy. I always hate the constant kiss dogde trope, though. It gets old real fast.
Music/SFX:
Music was alright. I liked the OST but the corny drama songs needed to be toned down a bit. SFX were fine.
Overall, I’m disappointed but I still enjoyed it for what it was.

THEY'RE SO CUTE
I love this bl, so cute, wholesome, the fantasy, acting, everything.I understand that you can feel lost at the beginning but it is worth to watch. The story is good and I just love their dynamic, they got me giggling and believing in love 😢
The friendship group is so funny and damn they made me so happy :(
definitely a bl that deserves the recognition it has and even more.
and please give jimmysea more shows, they're one of the best couples in gmmtv that I have seen.
(want to rant a little about gmmtv and their obsession with making their actors sing, THEY'RE ACTORS, STOP THE SINGING AND PLAYING THE GUITAR SCENES OMGGGG)

Light and Romantic BL
There are a lot of plot holes in the multi verse mechanism, but they are meant to be overlooked in favor of the romance. It is the first time playing a main role for both Jimmy and Sea, and it is palpable in their performances. They don't have the air of a leading actor in front of the camera yet. Hopefully they are going to arrive there next time. They have great chemistry as goofy friends, but not more much. The kisses feel too forceful, like they are only doing their job here; they are not enjoying it actually. But that's what a BL is after all. Heterosexual actors playing LGBTQ+ characters. I just wish they were better actors so they could sell it easily. Instead of many kissing scenes even naked in the bathtub, only one chaste kiss but with enough passion would make me believe them. I really liked the girls' performances in this series. Namtan, Jeab and Ae are going to be great actresses.Was this review helpful to you?
Disappointed...
I had high exceptions for this one since it's hyped up. lot, but I kinda disappointed myself. I love the concept from Vice Versa, the plot Is pretty good and just the idea behind it. The actors ware also good at their job. But one problem.. it was extremely boring. I almost skipped half of the story because of boredom, and ngl, it didn't feel romantic at all. I still liked the show, but like I said, mostly because of the plot.Overall, yes it was cute, just boring most of the time, they really wasted potential. :(

WAY better executed than I thought it would be!
Did not think I was gonna like this one honestly. I wasn't hopeful in the ability of a BL to pull off a universe travel sci-fi theme but man they kinda nailed this one.I was super happy that there wasn't a bunch of back and forth between the universes. When Puen (Jimmy) and Talay (Sea) wake up in the bodies of people in a different universe, they have to find a way back to their own. I was so worried that we were going to have to watch their old selves as well, but the show only focused on Puen and Talay and their journey home.
Very well done with the right amount of sci-fi elements that didn't take away from the story. No crazy world building that didn't make sense. Overall a fun and pleasant watch without much heartbreak.

This series could have been way better
The idea is strong but not well developed and managed. It’s a huge pity cause the ‘parallel universes’ trope is actually incisive and good for me. The plot is a bit messy and superficial. A lot of things happen so quickly, maybe there is a running competition we don’t know about. No space for deep emotions or any real connection between the viewers and the characters, there is always a new and fast (as well) thing to focus on. And that is ironic if you think that every episode is about fifty-five minutes. The only constant I can think of is the ‘friendship’ theme. The only character who had potential (but wasn’t on screen) is Tess (Ohm’s character): he’s the one who growths during the series (he gets his head together). The main couple feels crazy as well: they just are together, without being together, thinking they should be with other people. It seems a bit stupid; maybe the production team wanted to string the series out. For me, they decided to invest time on the wrong thing (as said above).On the other hand, the cast is awesome. Aou, Boom, Perth, Nanon, Ohm, Pepper. Do I have to say more? Also, this is my first JimmySea and they were pretty good. Pepper is my solid ground, my man, always the wise character. Perth, great as always. In my opinion this cast is wasted for a plot like the one we have here. Aou and Boom are supposed to be the side couple but there’s no couple, just side. They meet late, we don’t see anything. In addition, it would have been nice to see how things were going in the first universe as well (but this comes from my personal taste).
Music and production are sufficient. Good music, nothing that I’d listed to outside the series but it fits the show, added at the right moments. My favourite song is the opening: I not only like it for the music itself but also for its visual aspect. The general scene’s editing is correct. The fact that every episode is a colour is pleasant and fits the story.
I’m not going to rewatch or recommend this series. It is sufficient but not completely worth the time for me. I watched it because I was searching for all the AouBoom series but this is not even that. I won’t say that I’m mad but it’s a huge pity. I’m sorry.
Fun fact. I decided to watch this show this year but it was aired in 2022 (as you may know). Back then I saw the trailer, so this time I skipped it. I was startled to see Ohm and Nanon, because I had absolutely forgot about their appearance here. Completely. I cried on the first episode. I kinda miss them…

Cute, but butchered by sponsorships
The casting and characters were the standout part of the series. Watch for the chemistry of the leads, and the general feel-good story. The main theme of the opening credits is also really good.Two things really ruined the chance for the series to be better: The fear of story, and the never-ending sponsorships.
The constant sponsorship completely broke the flow of the story, or the moments the characters were having. I know it's a common thing with Thai advertising but so many feel-good moments instantly turned to fast-forwarding moments because the atmosphere was ruined by a product placement that was shoe-horned into the script.
Vice Versa was playing around with new concepts that I'm glad that they explored, but instead of committing they seemed to have only dipped their toes in as an experiment. They briefly touched upon the existential dread of the situation they actually find themselves in, and they rushed through the whole acclimatizing yourself to this new life part which imo is the fun part of stories like these. Additionally, some story beats just didn't hit whatsoever. A side character dies all of a sudden out of nowhere and it doesn't disrupt anything. There are seemingly no consequences sometimes.
