TOP TIER
When I first saw the pilot I thought to myself that domundi would finally give us something new and I am telling you, I was right. As a domundi fan, I can say that this is their best work yet. Its simply just two boys who fell in love with each other while in the process of fake dating just to try to stay away from trouble.I dont know about you all but I have been fixated on this series, It was a very clean and cute show and I will never get over it. It caught my attention way too fast and I wish the show never ended. There is something about "Your Sky"makes me want to scream (in a good way). I loved every cast, the acting was not bland, nor cringe. Thomas and Kong really did a great job as Muenfah and Teerak.
The OSTs are good, I enjoy listening to them and I play them all the time. Also not to mention the fact that the casting for siblings were also great. Babe and Teerak, Muenfah and Punlee, I need to see more from them!!!
Although it caught my attention, the only confusing part was how Teerak's father acted up when he found out about their relationship. He mentioned how Muenfah wont be able to take care of him, and that he should find someone to grow a family with. How did he not react the same for watching "Naughty Babe"?.
As for Punlee and Glaijai, they were my favorite on the show, I could really talk about them for days. Their storyline was on point, and they did so good with showing their love towards each other. Compared to ThomasKong and AuauSave, they didnt have a lot of screentime, specially because Teetee only appeared almost half way through the show. But the way they show hints of mutual feelings is something I could never move on. They care for each other and they're very cute!~
We got a bunch of rookie actors in this show and they really acted professionally. "Your Sky" talks about self discovery and how one can encourage another to step out of their comfort zone. Every episode was interesting, making me feel more anticipated as I watch each one of them. I could say that this show is very rewatchable, I hope domundi makes more series like this in the future.

What a beautiful set of casts
Worth the wait. Despite the usual script and university cliche, this BL became successful all thanks to the cuteness of the actors. Everyone is adorable, and combining them in one project is wholesome. It’s not a perfect 10 out of 10, but I have fun every week. Even the set of OSTs is top-tier. I’ve been grooving for the OP song ever since I heard it from the first EP.There are times that the consistency weakened due to some stumbled EPs but there are still plenty of scenes that boosted the overall impact of the show. And I am wrapping up my favorite EPs to share how these became the highlight of the series. On EP06, we got the beach EP. A breath of fresh air from the school-based setup. The ThomasKong first kissing scenes were addictively great. It got even spicier from the back-to-back-to-back love progress from the three couples on EP08. PorTeetee steals the spotlight despite their minimal screen time. The heated argument from AuauSave on EP09 was epic. These two know how to act according to their characters and it was smoothly being transitioned to the audience.
There are two things I don’t like about the show. First is the unnecessary backstory of Oh after accepting the rejection from Teerak. The second and most annoying character is Teerak’s father. I can’t help but get mad at him even after accepting his son’s relationship with a man. The hate for Teerak’s cringe childish-like acts is understandable, but it was not that extremely bad.
I don’t think that I can enjoy this show if played by different actors. ThomasKong has innocent vibes but are skillful when it comes to delivering an intimate scene. AuauSave’s dog-and-cat relationship are making the entertainment value more fun. PorTeetee was just the cutest without even trying to be cute. These three pairs performed well and unleashed their chemistry with ease. It feels like this is a trilogy drama and if a sequel is possible, it might be under Lee and Ghlai as the main characters. I want more scenes from them!

Straight out of the 2018/19 BL's hell
DISCLAMER: i fully watched only the first three episode, then skimmed and skipped untill the end of episode nine. I also skipped on majority of the side couple (they were treated like garbage by the production as well)So... already two episode into the series and I was already about to throw my ipad. It was clear since episode one that this series would have been a cliché after a cliché, but I still had hope for it, and ofc, I was disappointed.
Dont get me wrong. Clichés are literally everywhere. In every single series there is a cliché; HOWEVER!!! this series is just a compilation of those, thrown all together, with much more cringe and bad editing (plus mediocre acting, but we'll get there in a bit)
Since I have a shit tons of problem with this series imma list them to make it more clear:
#PROBLEM N.1: STRAIGHT OUT OF 2018
Oh, this show was released in 2024? If someone had told me it was from 2018, I would have completely believed them. Justifuing whatever i was watching with “Ah, a product of its time.” But no, this was intentionally made in the present day.
And let’s be real, this is a clear desperate attempt to ride the ThomasKong hype train, securing a fanbase in Thailand (where, apparently, BL trends are still stuck in 2019). Which, honestly? I hope that’s the reason. Because if they actually gain founds&fans they are now able to diverse their genre and do other things (let's pray)
Now, onto the trainwreck itself. The plot? THE cliché of all clichés. Teerak (Rak, for short) is being harassed by a walking red flag, so Meunfah (Fah, for short) swoops, pretend to be Raks boyfriend and save him on the spot, just to agree later on to become fake boyfriends (guess whats gonna happen??? Ull never guess it totally never happened before). Sound familiar? Yeah, because 2gether already milked this trope dry. But, of course, if a show makes money, why not copy-paste it with even more 🚩🚩🚩 and downright disturbing behavior that the script conveniently refuses to acknowledge? Innovation is overrated anyway.
#PROBLEM 2: JUSTIFICATION AND DISMISSAL OF OH'S BEHAVIOUR
Oh tricked Rak and his friend into drinking at his party. Brought them shots, swore multiple times they were alcohol-free—guess what? They weren’t. All so Rak would be drunk enough to not reject him and his friend too wasted to step in. And the worst part? It worked. But did anyone ever call him out on it? Nope. Not a single soul questioned this absolute psychopath move. The next day nobody was blamed.
And THEN, as if that wasn’t enough, Oh tried to sexually harass Rak, and the show just… downplayed it. I swear, I almost threw up. Biggest letdown of the series happened in episode ONE. Not only does he get him drunk to make him more vulnerable, but he publicly asks him out, knowing damn well Rak can’t say no, then tries to kiss him while he’s literally fighting to get away. And the consequences? Non existent. Did anybody address this? A half-assed “Oh, if my sister knew, she’d kill him” from Rak a couple of days later (which she didn’t, but okkkk), and then Oh just disappears from the plot.
Was he stupid? He spent the whole show refusing to take a hint, but the second Rak finally says “I don’t love you,” he just vanishes? Not when Rak was already in a fake relationship to get rid of him? Not when he tried to ruin Fah? But now? Intresting is an understatement. And the show has the audacity to try and shove some weak-ass sympathy down our throats :oh no, his parents only cared about their image!" Yeah? And? Explanations are not justifications. We do not need to feel bad for someone this messed up. And the fact that he was rewarded with a new boy that he meets at the end.. poor Oh! His childhood was so sad!!!! But whatever, moving on from this shit.
#3: PORTRAY OF GAY CHACTERS
One trope that makes me want to punch a wall is the absolutely deranged way gay people are portrayed in these shows. Episode one, Rak & Co. need to wash off a coffee stain (yeah another cliché oh god), so they end up at some place where the owner, whether they were supposed to be a "fashonable" gay man or a trans woman, who knows (they just throw in people who seems gay, *for comedy*), was basically depicted as a horny creep.
Why is it that, aside from the protagonists, every other gay character is either evil or a hyper-stereotypical caricature? Like, do they think the queer community is made up of nothing but predators and walking memes? Not to sound weird, but the way they push these tired-ass, damaging stereotypes is actually insane.
#4: THE OBNOXIOUS CHARACTERS
The biggest problem with this show? The characters were fucking unbearable. Especially Rak. I know a lot of people liked him, but I genuinely couldn’t watch his scenes without experiencing severe secondhand embarrassment. I love naive characters, but this? This is an eight-year-old in a university. I have never met a single human being, like ever who acts like this. It’s beyond childish. It’s annoyingly immature. And when a main character feels like they belong in a kindergarten, enjoying the series becomes physically impossible.
And, of course, that means most of his choices are absolute garbage. If I can’t even begin to understand the logic behind a character’s actions, they instantly lose all appeal for me. And Rak? Rak is that character. It almost made the NC scenes feel off cause how does a character this pure have NC scenes this early in the relationship? And let’s be real, the whole lik“no” one day and “yes” the next ? Yeah, that was weird as hell.
Then we have Fah, aka Mr. Zero-Personality. His entire character is “I love Rak.” That’s it. No interests, no depth, just smiles, and Rak obsession. And don’t even get me started on the scene where he snaps and beats the shit out of Oh (which, deserved). How the fuck was Rak not scared? The moment Rak opened his mouth and said “I was scared you was getting hurt” instead of, I don’t know, being terrified of his aggressive boyfriend, I mentally checked out. The absurd choices, the ignored red flags, the completely out-of-pocket characterization. Even if I was just skimming, i knew i reached my limit
Also, their ages made no fucking sense. They’re university students, yet Rak acts like a literal toddler while Fah is somehow a secret bar owner or some shit?? Like… isn’t he 20?
#5: HORRIBLE WRITING. IN EVERYTHING.
Why is the writing in this series so fucking terrible? Like did they even try? Or did they just sit there, nodding like“Yes this totally makes sense”—because, spoiler alert, it absolutely does not. I swear. They weren't able to keep anything cohesive for more than five minutes. It reminds me of that one scene when Fah calls Lee (while he was at uni with Rak&Co), asking him to go to the airport and Rak decided to follow him like one minute after Lee left. Yet Lee was able to arrive at the airport FULLY CHANGED, with a big ass suitcase ready while Rak arrived LATE??? Make it make sense.
The dialogues are painfully unnatural. The number of times I had to hear "P’Fah" come out of Rak’s mouth is an insult to my patience. And let’s talk about how no human being on this planet talks the way these characters do. If someone spoke to me like that in real life, I swear I would just laugh in their face. And I wouldn't be sorry
And don’t even get me started on the endless, pointless exposition. Every little thing had to be explained. Everything is just painfully didascalic Like, calm down, you’re not a football commentator, you don’t have to narrate every single move out loud. It just makes the whole thing feel even more unnatural and ridiculous.
#6: BAD COLORING, BAD AESTHETIC, BAD EDITING
I hate hate hate this coloring. It’s the most boring and lifeless filter I’ve ever seen, and for some reason, it only ever shows up in BLs (or the occasional K-drama in korea they just love whitewashing). This pale-ass filter literally bleaches the melanin out of them, making everyone look like damn ghosts. Whyyyy?? I thought we collectively agreed to leave this 2019-ass aesthetic in the past.
And the editing?? A joke. I’ve seen Indian reels with better editing than this. Where’s the suspense? The visual appeal? They barely even tried to create any memorable imagery. Only the beach was pretty. That’s it.
.
.
.
--> THE ACTORS
The actors themselves were definitely not the issue. I mean, the protagonists did a good job with what they were given, which was... wait.. oh right! that was absolutely nothing! Honestly, I can't even blame them. Thomas had to either smile or make the biggest dead fish face for most of the time (because that's the full range of emotions Fah has). And then there's Kong, who was just a bit too much with those ridiculously over-the-top cute expressions. The rest of the cast? They did an a job, considering they were working with a script that barely existed.
WHAT I LIKED:
-- Lee. And his actor. Honestly, this dude was serving character and visuals like he was on a mission, and he only had like three scenes
-- The chemistry, the kiss, and the NC scenes? Oh, they were done pretty well. chemistry was chemistrying pretty hard.
-- Rak's friend group. they felt very real. especially the girl.
-- Rak and his sister relationship, super cute
In conclusion... if you’re one of those super nostalgic folks for 2019 Thai BL, then by all means, dive in. Im just convinced that no series like this should be made in the big 2024. We moved on from this mess. This tropes. This.

being a litte too honest
If you're expecting good acting and a good story, just don't waste your time here. I'm sorry but since ep 1 I found the acting so cringe, still I tried to give it a chance thinking that maybe it will improve, but it didn't happen. the story it's just bad the characters are bland and kind of annoying. FOR ME it's not worth it to watch since it wasn't even entertaining for me to keep going, but ppl can have different standards or opinions so maybe if you're curious, just try to watch the first ep to have your own opinion idk.ps. please give the actors acting classes PLEASEEEEE they do have chemistry but what's the point if they can't act

CUTEE!!! GAVE IT A TRY AFTER ALL THE BAD REVIEWS
its for sure not for everyone... and has a common plot we so often see in bl. BUT why are all the reviews here so aggressive. i almost dropped. it cute sweet kinda plot. you know the high school sweetheart vibe. something i have to point out is i LOVE how fah (ML) is sooooo respectful and sweet with terak (ML). i mean ofcourse look at terak no one can even think about bullying him after seeing his smile. terak is very sweet and the baby of everyone. sure the plot wasnt very much awesome or anything but its supposed to be a very light watch. those who are looking for best bl of the year kinda stuff go for that...others give one episode a try guys. LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE FROM THIS CUTE SHIP....!!!!! btw both of them visually suit each other well. face cards don't decline u guysWas this review helpful to you?
I am LOVING it so far ?
I know not everyone is a fan of super cute or perhaps “cringe” shows but i really find this show hilarious and super adorable. Thomas and Kong surprised me with the 🔥 scenes , i am in still complete shock how insane their chemistry is 🤣 even just throughout the show. I think there is still room for improvement though , and i love the side couples, super cute to watch :) I am also a sucker for the “ pretending to be together” shows so if you are too definitely give it a go !!! i might change this review after i finish watching it though hahaWas this review helpful to you?

Did I like it? YES would i ever watch it again? NO
On the surface level, I really enjoyed the show even rated it overall 8.5 . It was exactly the mindless fluff college students based show that I could watch with my brain completely shut off, just watching the pretty people on the screen (especially Thomas in glasses). It provided me THE DOPAMINE kick that got me to binge the show show in a day. But on a more deeper level, the show had a mid story and acting carried forward by only the 'chemistry' between the leads, decent soundtrack and good cinematography. Some of the issues with the show:
1. Teerak/s infantilization - you can make a university aged guy innocent and bubbly basically the sunshine character without portraying him like a 2 dimensional over sized infant. The way he spoke and acted was cringe-worthy making me question how is he almost 20 years old.
2. Acting by the leads - I know that most of the cast was new and I understand they would slowly learn on the job. While Kong's acting improved during the show, Thomas remained very stiff with only a single 'grumpy' expression in scenes outside of romantic ones. even if he was playing the scary grumpy sunshine protector, he could have expressed that with a bit more effort. That being said, show was carried by Thomas's face card so a few more expressions on there will be chef's kiss. The rest of the cast (aside from Punlee who did well with what he was given ) were unremarkable.
3. Mike - I hate to say this but as someone who has been watching BL's for some years now - I am quite familiar with Mike and he looked absolutely out of place in this show. He was too old and in my head he belongs to a different generation of actors. Would be nice if he could find some work with people that match his experience and better characters because honestly he can do so much better than this.
4. Over accomplished young master - I found Thomas as this great young master who can handle all the business and meetings and deals not convincing at all. He can rock a formal suit but still looks a bit too young for me to imagine him in that setting. His character could have been better written to better assimilate him into the show.
Overall I think the show was shining and inviting on the surface but lacked depth that would make you stay and come back time and time again. I think i would not have kept up with the show if I had seen it weekly instead of as a binge. Seeing the last few production from this company shows that they need to pay and look for a team of better writers otherwise they would slowly fade away dragged down by mediocre plots and 2 dimensional characters. The actor's acting seemed good enough for the level of the script although I would be rooting for them and hoping for a improvement in the future.

How far can you pretend to be in love?
It is probably one of the most cliche storylines if you could ever think of something. A pretend love, and in the end, one actually gets caught in their own plan. I overlooked a lot of the flaw in the series because of how handsome Thomas is. I fr cannot take my eyes off him when he appears. However, the series does not only revolve around Thomas, but there is an actual plot in this series. Let's begin!First and foremost, it's VERY dragging. There are a lot of scenes where you could think that "The plot would have still been the same if this scene was here or not." Next, some scenes seem so rushed. They did not even put any hints or foreshadowing regarding that subplot. the Girlfriend fiasco, it was so unnecessary! The plot would've stayed the same whether there was a girlfriend or not! It was so irrelevant! and it was something much like a last-minute idea.
Next, the MC's childish behavior. I don't have any problem regarding the MC's personality. The only thing that is cringe-worthy is the kiss on the head; that's my only problem with it.
The rushed side couples... SO, this is kind of a take from me, but I feel like the side couples were so unnecessary. I get it; there are others who want to be part of the romance but not to the point that it looks rushed? There was not enough buildup to the relationships, not enough information. It was all just a "misunderstanding" and I was "drunk" is so overplayed. They could easily make at least some essence in the side characters regarding their arch.
The Title. Your Sky... I hate it-- It is so predictable, and the I'm Your Sky and You're My Sea is actually so NOT it. There could have been a different, better title than Your Sky. The explanation they always do about the definition of "Sky" and "Sea" is so redundant. There is meaning to it, but no essence.
The Beach Scenes. Been there, done that; stop this, please. Many, I mean MANY BL's have at least an episode where they go to the beach, and I am so over this subplot actually. It's just so predictable and already overplayed.
Another thing that I find so needless is the fact that Fah and his friends run a Bar??? It was so not needed, but I know it was there so that there could be the idea of Fah being independent and someone who is reliable and mature.
On the other hand,
I am a sucker for handsome leads, and Thomas did an amazing job. I love the acting they have in this, and I do not find it off or forced. It seems natural, but also too calm. I would love to see the actors have more various emotions portrayed. The MC's family did an amazing job as well. They gave justice to the feeling of being hurt, being angry, and being forgiven. I could not bear myself to watch the confrontation scene between the MC and His Dad because it felt THAT realistic. It's like you are in the living room with them.
I also see the problems of other reviews about the maturity of the theme, but I do not see anything wrong with it. If they say it's fluff, then so be it. Relationships do not revolve around lust but rather the intimacy between the people. I love how after Fah gets accepted as the MC's boyfriend, they try to go all in but stop midway due to the MC not being ready. If you are looking for hardcore and mature BL, this is NOT for you. Do you see the poster? It's blue and cute! It's supposed to be like that.
All in all, this series is a good one-time thing. I do not see myself watching this series, but rather just reminiscing about it. If you're someone who is here for the 'kilig' or good-time series, this is it for you. It might be bland with no character at all, but it still manages to deliver what it is. A series about a fake relationship becoming true.

Light hearts and Sweet series
After watching the series I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it greatly. Its major in the fluffy department and full of sweet tender moments. The acting was good and there was good chemistry. I enjoyed the pairing for the most part. I liked how the showed the slow grow and very real moments of faking to becoming real. It has a lot of tender sweet moments. I found it did make me laugh and cry especially at the end. The end was a bit surprising with the parents especially dad but was well done over all if a bit dramatic at times as well. If you enjoy fluffy series of tender and sweetness then this is it. I really over all enjoyed everything about it and was a change pace. The cast was great and i loved the friends and how they slowly get there own relationships. Was this review helpful to you?
Definitely Would Rewatch
I usually don't write reviews but this was just so good i had too. I loved the OST and the actors did a great job, especially the side couple Real and Hia. I loved them when I typically don't like side couples in dramas. I would totally recommend this for someone looking for a cute fluffy bl. I hope this review makes more people decide to watch it.Was this review helpful to you?
one of the cutest series
One of the best and cutest school series ever. Sybau people with absolutely trash taste. "The protagonist is infantilized, blah blah blah blah" nobody cares. Predictable plot but STILL SO CUTE
With its fake-relationship-turned-real-lovers plot, the series is giving 2gether energy. A clueless freshman agrees to be in a fake relationship with a popular senior, only to fall in love with him over time.In 2025, I would think that this type of storyline has become predictable and boring. So why did I love this so much???
I get serious butterflies whenever Muenfah and Teerak spend time alone together under the guise of “learning to act like a couple”. Man, this trope never gets old.
Was I happy with how Teerak’s family conflict was resolved? Not entirely. It seemed a little too quick and easy. But for the BL world, that’s a fairly standard timeline and decent ending I guess.
