Not much more than a series recap
This is 20 minutes *tops* of original footage about a married couple's argument and its resolution. It also wraps up some supporting characters' arcs in ways that would have improved the main series had they been given ten minutes of its time. The rest is recaps and flashbacks to the main series. It is strictly for completists and for viewers who don't plan to sit through nine episodes of a fairly average dorama. If you're already watched "Watashi no Kaseifu Nagisa-san" you can skip this since it adds almost nothing to their story and you might wear out your fast forward button. If you set your standards for post-wedding specials by "Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu" like I did you will feel ashamed for having watched this one. It's a half-baked Episode 10 rather than a Special and that was the only sensible way for Netflix to present it after acquiring the drama for the international market.

Mainly a recap of the drama
When I watched My Housekeeper Nagisa-san on Netflix it showed 10 episodes, so I watched 10, or at least tried to. The events in episode 10 began not long after the events in episode nine. It was only when I came to MDL to add the drama to my Watched List that I discovered the 10th episode was a solo affair.
If you don't want to watch My Housekeeper Nagisa-san or you are short on time you could just watch this recap of the drama to get the gist. Most of the highlights of the nine-episode drama were shown. After a negative introduction to the special, the recaps began in earnest. There were a few new mini-scenes that were interspersed. Unless you are a diehard fan that wants to relive the drama, or catch a glimpse into the future for some of the characters, it is definitely skippable. Or fast-forwardable. Or skippable.

This is a Recap with a glimpse of their marriage life.
This is a whole series recap with bits of how their married life is going so far. Not all is fond of the couple's relationship, considering that Nagisa is too motherly and both didn't even held hands nor had any fluttering moments like a kiss or some sort but I think that is the essence of this wholesome drama. No matter how they make love or turn out for the future, that is up to them to do so. I guess the "more than 20 years gap" between them is a bit too much. I loved the series for how they ended up with, choosing someone who they need in the life instead of going for the luxury of it. But I guess this trope is a bit too far off for a lot of people.
Overall, it is nice to see the couple strive to be better for each other everyday.
