SUCH A BEAUTIFUL STORY
Alchemy of souls is a beautiful fantasy drama with a little sorrow that might make you cry, but its still worth it. The story continues and its amazing.We can see the amazing love of Jang Uk and Jin BuYeon/Naksu. When they were willingly wanted to sacrifice themselves for each other. The new naksu being awaken then transformed into jin buyeon/her ancestor. I thought that it might end sadly but at the end we can see how she lets naksu come back to her body and the part is truly beautiful.
OST- loved it and the one in the end of each episode was my personal favourite.
ACTING- I can't even say anything to that I could truly feel the characters emotions thru the actors.

Best Drama Ever
I really love the season 1 but this season stood out to me the most knowing it only has 10 episode. It is much more deeper and whenver I watch this it always leave me longing for it should never end. I just connect with drama at much more level. comedy and everything is fun but superficial in the end and for me comedy has 0 rewatch value most of the time . But this has some deeper emotions has hits me and I can watch it multiple times. I love the naksu caharacter when I saw her for first time that was the most beautiful character i have ever seen and thier chemistry is the the BEST and their is no one who can change my mind. AOS Season 2
Wow wow. Storyline brilliant. Heartwrenching, action, romance. Season 1 was great. Season 2 has far exceeded Season 1 in all categories.The season finale has one of the best endings ive seen in a series. Id definately like to see Lee Jae Wook and Go Yoon Jung in another romantic kdrama again. Hwang Min Hyun is another actor who stood out.
Alchemy of Souls can be considered amongst the great series such as Goblin and Tale of the Nine Tailed. I highly recommend this Series

if u like hot people horror/thriller-romance ur gon love this fr. like i love when she innocently loved him and he loved he back even tho he tried to deny it. the end was good too. although a little rushed, it was a happy ending and i was satisfied. i def rewatched ep 4-5 a lot bc the romance was jus so cute omg uhm yk the drill guys like watch it!! s1 was above average, but not a 10 fof me. maybe a 8.5 or 9. s1 is much more about yk the story with naksu and janguk and horror and just setting everything up. s2 is much more mystery, old corrupt ppl w the fire bird, and naksu and janguk. the series was also casted perfectly imo.Was this review helpful to you?
A Good Chill Thriller Fantasy Action Comedy with Romance subplots
The production staff have done a great job, with the music, costumes and cinematography. It's top notch. I like the actors but I feel many of the characters didn't get a chance to shine. Ten Episodes is however too short for the type of ensemble cast here, and much like season 1 so much was left unexplored in favor of a more fast paced action thirller comedy; this could have made a better 50 episode show than Six Flying Dragons or Empress Ki. With the world building, character relationships and introductions and giving the various characters more time to shine, and story arcs. There was much more to this world story wise than was explored. There was room to expand the magic, of the world, the locations and factions of Daeho. The weakest narrative part of the show is the antagonists, while the strongest is the comedy. So while its my favorite show of 2022, it wasn't the best. It was fun, and left me wanting more. This story has more elements to enrich it than Arthdal Chronicles. The potential here is such that it could have been as epic as the Lord of the Rings. It is my favorite show of 2022. Best in while
I really enjoyed this show after long time watching animes and k dramas , to say how much this show hooked me i felt sad to finish this show , I didn't want to finish this because I might feel empty after. The best show in a while , definitely worth to watch it. Graphics are really good didn't expect to be this good , story is great blend with action romance for perfect amount , humor and jokes are on point, I learned a lot about life from this serious , just watch you won't regret it , I'm emotionally over whelmed. But some how I like 2nd female lead personalities than in season 1 like the all boys want , in 2nd season main character is so cool . In the end episode lacked action and romance it went so fast it should be more things . Anyway thanks for the journey I really enjoyed this .Was this review helpful to you?

What a big disappointment...
I really tried to watch season 2 without prejudice but I just can't anymore....Season 1 is gripping and intriguing, story was woven so tightly together and it keeps you on your toes. I re-watched all 19 and half episode at least three times. However, the writers just decided to prolong the storyline unnecessarily and discard the highlight of the whole production, which is the amazing actress Somin, and drag the show for 10 more episodes, which already been seen with bunches of plot holes, and boring dialogues.... The production team intentionally not mentioning Somin like she is discarded just like her character in the show during interviews and behind the scenes, and the director didn't even mention her name on the award show when he received best director for Alchemy of Souls Season 1. It seems like a dirty game to me! Season 2 is full of forced performances and plot. I am no longer curious about the ending of the show. For me the story should have wrapped up in ep. 19.Was this review helpful to you?
honestly this is what i think
this part were like a little repeat reversed and re-do of part 1 at episode 8. i was a fan from part 1. i don't mind however this story ends. honestly i felt like the story were forced to have part 2. i find that it was true because of the re-re-re thing... but i'm glad they did part 2 because this is the only korean drama that i waited by the hour. it was that good to me. well, its simple enough, its mysterious a bit, exciting, makes your heart race too, make you be jealous, makes you angry and a lot more else... so for conclusion, the actors must be top tiers because of the feeling i got, and the writer were good too.. though some part makes me really upset, i just want to believe that it was done deliberately...Was this review helpful to you?
EXCELLENT STORY! LOVE IT SO MUCH!
I love it. I was in tears for several episodes of season 2, but I was smiling widely by the end. The ending is perfect. Thanks to these casts who gave us a happy ending to this drama.I highly praise all the actors/actresses for their superb acting! Jang UK, is amazing, handsome and attractive. Naksu/Jin Bu Yeon/Cho Yeong, is beautiful and suitable for her role. I don't expect her to act and fight as an assassin anymore, because she is now residing in JBY body. I really enjoyed Seo Yul's acting awesome, handsome and I am so happy that he survived. I really adore the cutest couples of Dang Gu and Cho Yeon / Park Jin and Kim Do Ju. I am so happy for Mama Jin Ho Kyung's beautiful smile. I am proud of the crown prince Go Won who cares the lovely turtle. I was impressed with the overall production: the cinematography, animation and the more details. Well done! This drama of AOS2 deserves best ratings.

"Ele é a luz que protege o mundo e ela é a sombra que o protege e absorve a escuridão em volta dele" te amei muito alquimia das almas 🌟❤️🩹.Em luto porque a Coreia provavelmente nunca conseguirá reproduzir uma obra tão grandiosa como essa.
tudo sobre essa história é completamente avassalador, os personagens, os dilemas, as tramas e a construção de todo o enredo em si, muito inteligente. Enquanto a primeira temporada foi melhor, a segunda também não me deixou de surpreender.
Alchemy of Souls é um dorama pra se apaixonar, chorar e sofrer porque nunca serei um mago poderoso de Songrim ou uma sacerdotisa com poderes divinos de Jiwowyn.
Sou apaixonada por romances e esse foi avassalador e devastador da melhor forma possível, é muito visível o quanto eles se amam e necessitam um do outro. Desde o primeiro episódio eles se cuidam e mantém um ao outro vivos e eu acho isso muito especial, esse sentimento é surreal e de outras vidas. Me apaixonei pela Cho yeong e Jang Uk, me cativaram de verdade. Já estou com saudades painhos amo demais voceeeess meu jovem mestre preguiçoso e minha mestra impiedosa.
Realmente, é melhor morrer do que não fazer nada minha rainha Mu-deok! ❤️🔥.

Wow!
I just finished and omg I feel so OVERWHELMED in a good way. I remember watching it when it first came out and now it's done.The chemistry between the two actresses with Jang Uk is so cute and sweet. I love how they didn't like force Naksu’s character to fit Mu Deok’s personality. I like that they have their way of communicating and traits.
Not gonna lie... I somewhat forgot what happened in the first season, so I get confused about the second part but Overalls, I love it. Haha.
I love the chemistry of the characters especially the Prince with Jang Uk, they're so SWEET AAHAH.
But. Yay. I'm done. The ending tho. Wtf what does that mean? UGH ANOTHER CLIFFHANGER 🥲🥲.
