While watching "Welcome to Samdalri", I was reminded of "Call it Love" because the male lead's father in Welcome to Samdalri was against his relationship with the female lead because of the grievance he had with the female lead's family while in Call it Love, the female lead's family was against her relationship because of the grievance they had with the male lead's family. So, in both dramas the main leads had to struggle through these family issues and heal to finally be together.
However, "Welcome to Samdalri" is lighter and more heartwarming, whereas "Call it Love" has a more serious tone.
So, if you enjoyed the healing aspects of "Welcome to Samdalri," you might find "Call it Love" enjoyable despite its more serious tone.

Both of these dramas are romance and weather oriented. Weather forecasters falling in love...

They are also both from Korea as well.

In both dramas, the female lead takes a break from work and travels to the countryside/their hometown. Both female leads are overwhelmed with work and life and both dramas focus on their healing story. The female leads in the two kdramas also have a strained relationship with their mothers which is developed as the drama progresses. Very similar vibes and both have romance

Both are healing dramas with melo_romance
Both have childhood crushes on the boy in the neighbour's house
Both are about bonding btw their siblings and their respective struggles
Even tho their stories are different, they still make you feel similar types of emotions and struggles

Both are about two families going through the trauma of an incident that splits them apart. And in doing so, they realize they've all been grieving in their own way silently and that closure can be found. Soredemo, Ikite Yuku is significantly darker, while the mood in Welcome to Samdal-ri is more light-hearted.

First love. Second chances. Healing.

Both leads were separated because of external factors and each went on to different paths, only to reunite at the end. Through it all, ML remained devoted to the FML.

Young Soon is a single mother and pig farmer who raised her son Kang Ho alone. Despite her love for him, her strict parenting caused Kang Ho to view her as a bad mother. As an adult, Kang Ho became a cold-hearted prosecutor and kept his distance from his mother. However, an unexpected accident caused him to return to his hometown and start over with Young Soon. Kang Ho's childhood friend Mi Joo, known for her warm heart and strong sense of justice, also reconnected with him after his accident, leading to a transformative experience for her.

Welcome to Samdalri too revolves more or less around three sisters and their family. Although the two dramas are not that alike, they share similar themes of second chances, family, and community.
