My Thoughts
I would like to start off by saying that it's unfair for people to be upset that the last two episodes have the curse when we are watching GMM TV’s project. It may seem silly or strange how the 11th episode always has something going wrong, but I think this shows that even though we go through a lot of stuff, make up, and be happy, there is always going to be something that tries to test your love, especially when it comes to relationships. I feel like this 11 episode curse shows that if you truly love someone a new obstacle shouldn’t be something you run away from and at least try to get through it with your partner. At the end of the day, not every day is going to be a happy day and in a healthy relationship it’s not always going to be happy. There will be ups and downs and that's the reason why we have such shows in the first place to depict real life scenarios and depict that it will eventually be okay. I don't know how having the 11th episode curse can be seen as being lazy with the writing because I feel like when it comes to a script everything that happens is very strategic and not happening for no reason. Although I do feel that Mork being the main one to apologize is wrong but I feel like Mork had no other way to prove himself but to belittle himself unfortunately. Yes, it may seem unrealistic for them to break up over something that would have been fixed normally in the first 9 episodes. I am a firm believer that the REASON why Day and Mork broke up seems pretty trivial to someone who is not in their situation. At the end of the day, Day never wanted to be treated like a baby and he didn't want anyone to pity him so even for a split second if Day thought that Mork was pitting him, it would feel like a smack in the face. t Day has expressed he does not like to be pitied and was trying to feel normal. Their breakup does not defeat the purpose of trying to prove that Day is normal. I feel like it actually solidifies that fact because Mork did not see Day as someone to pity but someone to care about and that his trauma was so deep that he didn't want to lose him. With that being said, I do wish they explored his trauma a bit more with Day but there's only so much they can cover in a 12-episode span. Enough with the tangent back to the actual series, I have to say this has brought a new perspective to me. I love the fact that Day and Mork were able to humorous banter despite the disability that Day had. I also like that Mork never made Day feel small or abnormal for having a disability. I also like that Mork was able to adapt to Day so quickly shows how friendship/love can go beyond disabilities and beyond what we don't see. I got to say this is probably one of the funniest series I've ever watched because of the humor. A lot of people tend to have a problem with GMMTV's comedy and with their heavier topics but I felt like this humor in the series was very well placed it wasn't too funny but it wasn't too serious either and I like the balance between the two. I can't review the series without talking about the biggest elephant in the room, August. As much as I love this series August was so unbearable to watch ( no hate to the actor because he played the character very well ) August is an example of what Day was afraid of and didn't want his lover to be pitting him or to see him as something to take care of or a burden. That's why when Mork confronted August you could tell that Day's fear was that Mork was going to eventually pity him or feel like taking care of them is a burden. Although I don't like the character August he's a good representation of what we don't want to act like towards people with disabilities whether you can see a disability or not you should treat everybody the same. I feel like even if the story wasn't about disabilities the connection between Day and Mork goes beyond disabilities and beyond the script. I'm not one to be delusional about actors but I can tell that Jimmy and Sea have a true bond with each other and it grew even deeper while portraying the characters in this series. Even if they are not together IRL they have a strong connection that could never be broken so easily. Was this review helpful to you?
??Walking green flag ✅
I've never scored this high in any series on this site before, but I assure you that it has merit (at least for me).Starting with the story... GMMTV brought us a different plot from those we are used to seeing, thematically around student life.
The theme was more mature and realistic, which I appreciated in Last Twilight, which helps viewers become more aware of the realities that can happen in life such as blindness, and appreciate the value of what we have, as nothing is guaranteed.
Their ability to send the message resulted in its successful transmission.
The flawless performance of Jimmy and Sea cannot be overlooked when talking about transmission.
This pairing caught me off guard and surprised me as fans of Vice-versa the series.
The authenticity of their interaction with each other made me forget that Sea and jimmy were just acting.
Through the series, it is evident that both have upgrade their acting skills. They have completed their homework and delivered with a sweet tone.
Despite the possibility of improvements, such as smoother time transitions to fit the entire series, the outcome is still good and enjoyable.
It's definitely watchable re-re-rewatchable This series is full of meaning, feelings and precious moments... I was about to drop the series but then I gave it a shot and I fell in love with it ... if you're wondering , just start it and then come back to share it with us 🤩

im so mad
the only thing that the last episode made me feel was angry and sadness. before anything the ep was boring asf if we're focusing in the mhokday development as a whole. now why would you create such a beautiful story with such greats characters development just to throw it away in the last 20/30 minutes of the series like WHYYYY.days vision coming back adds nothing to the series and risk I say just make anything that they trying to portrait as a mensage in the rest of the serie meangless.
day spend the whole serie making peace with his blindness and fighting with himself and others to be accepted as a person like everyone else just to have a lazy narrative in the end that people are really happy when they don't have disabilities. shame on you aof.

10+++++
This series is the most heart warming show I have watched in years.Every single episode is breathtakingly beautiful and the music makes you feel warm and mellow.
The acting was insanely good. It must be so incredibly difficult to act blind and keep that continuity up for hours of filming, but Sea did it seamlessly. All the actors were great, and all their stories melded together to make the show wonderful and touching.
Overall: The story was beautiful, the acting was impeccable and the directing spot on. Lets hope we get more quality shows like this one in the future... :)

Masterpiece and I can't believe I never wrote a review for this
after I finished watching it when it aired. Extremely late review. I kept putting it off because I wanted to find the right words for this masterpiece that I guess I forgot I hadn't done it in a while.Last Twilight wasn't for everyone but I for one loved it! I love how angsty and emotional it was. Day wasn't the typical protagonist, no he was a very complicated, grey character and I for one loved that. Because it showed how much his disability had changed his life for the worst at first. Although later he learns to live with it and achieve his highest dreams with it. Him being a grey character put many people off Day even when his reactions were reasonable people hated Day. People ask for complicated lead characters and when they get them, they are not ready for them. I'm so sorry that many failed you Day Dannai. I for one loved Day even when he frustrated me, I understood him completely. As for Mhok he was also a gray character making impulsive decisions that in the end cost him a lot. The big blow out with Day that happens in ep 11 is his fault, yet the people automatically sided with Mhok even if he was the one in the wrong. I guess that shows Jimmy's incredible acting ability. No words can describe how amazing Jimmy Jittaraphol is at what he does. He makes his characters so real that you can't help and be protective of his character. Love how Jimmy took his acting ability to a whole other level as Mhok. Also loved that there was no trace of Puen in Mhok. Shows how incredibly versatile he is as an actor.
Loved how it pushed JimmySea to the best of their acting ability. This series was definitely a challenge for them but one that they passed with flying colors! Sea Tawinan esp was mesmerizing as Day. It's not easy portraying someone who has a disability, but Sea did it so convincing, even adding those little touches that made his movements so real to someone with a visual disability, that I forgot that he could see when I watch him as Day. I loved how he worked hard to make his character as real as he could by attending classes at a vision school etc. Sea is passionate about his work, and it shows. I had already loved him as Talay but here he really showed what an amazing actor he is. He deserved all the awards his won for this character. And I'm happy he continued this in his next character.
As for the story, it may have had inconsistises but I for one loved the emotional ride it took me on every episode. The end of ep 9 was the hardest and it stayed with me for days after it aired. JimmySea's acting here was perfect and it showed why they are the perfect partners for each other. The way that they support and help each other in their scenes is one of the reasons I love them so much. As for their chemistry! HOLY! The sexual tension was up the wazoo in LT. I always saw their chemistry in VV but here it was more intense, more passionate and so much better than it had previously been. I think ep 6 has some of my favorite tension moments between JS, you can literally cut the tension with a knife in the scene wehre Day trips, Mhok catches him and then Mhok looks like he wants to kiss Day as if his life depended on it. Wow! Just remembering that scene still gives me butterflies. Not to mention their first kiss here too. So good. I'll always be thankful for how strong their chemistry gets in each series. It's even better in My Magic Prophecy. Comes with the comfort level of being good friends and partners. They really love each other in real life.
The OST also added so much to the series. Especially William's song everytime I heard it in the episodes I got goosebumps. The background music used also enhanced the scene experience. NamtanFilm and MarkOhm were the perfect support characters. Loved them on here. And I miss them working with JimmySea maybe someday in the future they work together again.
10/10 highly recommended.

a masterpiece!
I absolutely loved this series! It was so good, interesting and emotional.Everything started with Day, a badminton superstar, who lost his sight during a match. On the other hand, Mhok - the other lead character, started a fight and ended in prison. In prison he heard that his sister killed herself and his whole world fell apart. Later on, Mhok was already free, but couldn`t find a job because of his dark past as a prisoner. No one gave him a chance and he found himself begging for a job as a caretaker. And the boy who needed a care was Day, whose sight became worse. Mhok didn`t want this job, Day`s mother was also against this idea, but Day wanted Mhok to help him.
Finally Mhok accepted the job. He also had a credit and maybe he would never see his sister`s car again, if he didnt find the money.
He tried his best, but Day was hard to please. Mhok was the only one who treated Day as a normal person. He conviced him to leave the house, to meet his old friends, еtc.
Even his mom didn`t understand him. She tried to protect him no matter what, but Mhok continued to "show" Day how beautiful life is, even though Day couldn`t see it at the moment. During these hard times, Day`s family waited for eye donation. Slowly Day and Mhok fell in love. Day`s love was so pure, he couldn`t have a chance to see Mhok`s face, but fell in love with his personality, voice and care.
Sea is such a good actor. The chemistry between Day and Mhok was on high level. Night, who was Day`s brother, was my favorite character too, even though he was a reason for Day`s blindness.
The moment when Day broke up with Mhok was awful and hard to watch. I knew that in the end they will meet again, their love was strong enough to beat every obstacle. Day`s last operation was successful and he finally got a chance to see his lover`s face.
I totally recommend this series. It is so good and interesting.

Amazing Follow-Up
This is a heavy story for sure. While there are some lighthearted/comedic scenes in between, it's undeniable that this is meant to be a melodrama. The story is so well written, while some of the character's reaction might seem very dramatic, it's still very believable and very in character of them to react like that.
What stood out for me the most is this is definitely a great follow up / step up from Vice Versa.
I loveeee Vice Versa, but i can't deny how there are some awkward acting there, BUT the range of emotion, the way Jimmysea potrayed it.... i can see their improvement. Both in their individual acting and their chemistry.
An improved acting and chemistry, combined with a heartfelt and melodramatic story, this is such a clapback to the people who still doubt them as actors and CP.
Great job to both them and the crews!

It took us on a New Experience.|Overall: 10/10
This was one hell of an emotional ride, at least for me. Never in my life of watching BL have I ever cried for a series, but this series outdid itself. There was nothing bad about this series [-_-]Starting with JimmySea, I remember their acting in ViceVersa. So cute I wanted a series of them for 2023. I didn't know that this series was already in production, and I didn't even know about this until 4 months before the official trailer came out. That's when I found out about the pilot trailer and then everything about this.
I am glad I found out about this series.
Next Up, Mark and Namtan. I knew about them from a reality show on gmmtv and I loved them there. Wanted a series on them, I remember I tried typing a message on gmmtv Twitter but then deleting it right away. I never knew I'd get a series on them actually, but these to are officially my favourite straight pairing of 2023.
Supporting actors and actresses did a fantastic job. I loved On and Pla so much. They were so cute, that I rewatched their scenes at least twice every time they came on screen.
Overall, this series is highly recommended.

Wonderful!
My emotions were all over the place throughout this show! My heart was full with sadness, hurt, hope, love and so much more! I cried, I laughed, I squeeled, I was angry and threw my pillow away as many times as I choke it! (My poor pillow had it really rough every friday! )The way this show was edited, the storywriting, the quality of the production, the cast, the acting, the overall atmosphere it created and the ending were all just perfect! This show is one of the best I ever saw and it is so unique, so real without piling up on unnecessary things, it is dramatic without dragging it out to long, sweet moments weren't cringe, characters were believable. The decisions that were made were reasonable and the emotions were never over the top.
The last episode was everything I needed and so much more! I bit my pillow and made sounds that weren't human anymore because I was so excited and it was so, so good! (Especially after the letdown of another airing series about a certain alpha... ) I really cried because I was so happy, but I'm sad that I will never experience the rollercoaster of emotions again! I wish I could erase my memory and watch this again and again for the first time, so that it can smack me with its perfection again and again!
You need to empty your head and heart and just feel this show, let it take you through a story of of loss, anger, hurt, hope, love, fear and so much more! Like Day said: Some things you need to see with your heart, not your eyes, then they will become clear.
And this show is one of those things! I fell in love with Mhok almost instantly and Day grew onto me after I got the feeling for him. Sea did such a great job with his acting, I almost believed he was really sight impared! Mhok was so nonchalant in the beginning and Jimmy mastered the way of showing emotions through his mimic, every grin had a meaning and his eyes.... oh my gosh, his eyes! When the tears were balancing, just about to fall, but not yet ..... you could /feel/ his love, hope, the crushing weight of his own helplessness!

As Mhok said, "why does it end like this?"
The first 9 episodes were 10/10. The cinematography was amazing, as well as the emotion, like in episode 5 with the flowers and memorial bridge, and especially episode 9 at the end when Day and Mhok are at the top of the mountain (that scene alone was just like 100/10).Day was really unlikable to me, but for the plot I think his character was almost perfect. It was just annoying when Mhok kept trying to be sweet and just help him throughout the series but then Day is just acting like a brat- but his character development throughout the series was decent. I think though that he was very irrational at the end when he decided to break up with Mhok just because Mhok wanted to stay with him and not go to the States. If they had just talked about it like adults instead of Mhok but accepting it and Day crying to his mom it would have actually been so much better. Overall the breakup was so unnecessary and didn't feel like it had any reason to it.
When they were on the mountain at the end of the 9th episode it would've been a perfect spot to end the show. I know that it would have left the show ending abruptly, with not knowing about the eye donation and everything else but it really didn't need the last 3 eps. I think the backlash for ending at episode 9 would be less than a lot of the comments about the actual ending. Ig after episode 9 wasn't a complete waste though, I liked the 10th episode even though a lot of it was sad. (I was devastated when I thought that the new caretaker got rid of the fish slippers)
But the ending felt like a complete waste of the show tbh. 12 hours of watching just for it to have like 2 mins actually showing him having his eyesight back for the first time??? It feels like it was just moved on from the whole point too quickly especially with the 3 year cut. The ending was happy but there wasn't as much emotion as compared to when they were on the mountain and Mhok was "the last thing" that Day saw. At first when it was said that the last page was ripped out of the Last Twilight book, I thought that it was going to be like that for the show. If it ended at episode 9 there could've been that connection to the book and the series (apart from the obvious connection with the stories).
It was really amazing and one of my favorites so far, but the ending just wasn't it.

It was good untill..
This was a very good series untill I got to episode 11.. it seemed kind of random and out of the blue for day to break up with Mhok and out of character and the ending seemed rushed as well it was something everyone has seen before as well, if you are going to do a unique story can you at least have a good ending? We have seen the whole boyfriend overseas things a hundred of times!! I was expecting more.. To add to this, when day saw Mhoks face for the first time clearly I was expecting some whole big reaction but there was nothing.. come on!? That was supposed to be a big highlight !?!?! Also I didn’t really feel Days love for mhok.. was it that weak you couldn’t look over the fact mhok was worried about leaving you because of his trama ?? This is more a day criticism I also felt he was a bit self-centred and mhok had to apologise TWICE?? Anyway.. back to the actually story the it was a good series untill the disappointing last two episodes, it ruined it all for me 😿Was this review helpful to you?

I couldn't stop watching
I'm glad I waited until the whole drama was over before watching it. I didn't sleep, I almost didn't even eat and I couldn't concentrate on anything. After a very long time, the drama grabbed my heart so strongly and it's one of about 5 dramas I've seen so far that really made me want to cry but also laugh.I strongly thought about rating 10/10 because the last two episodes really changed my opinion about this drama. Some decisions seemed to me unexplained, illogical. The end seemed very rushed to me, I would have liked more than about 10 minutes to show life after the operation.
I was very sorry that the side couple Night/Phojai didn't get more screen time.
I find more and more mistakes and things I didn't like. But I leave the rating 10/10, I will remember this drama for a very long time and there will definitely be a rewatch.
