The opening sequence alone was like Mission Impossible, I got chills lol. Ok not MI but it was thrilling to watch for a BL, you get me. Now that chemistry that we all fell in love with during Cutie Pie, well she’s back with a vegence 🔥🔥🔥baby is burnin. The pace in this episode is very different to the first one. I noticed the series has received quite a few negative 1 and 1.5 star reviews because they didn’t think the pace was good and that the environment wasn’t royal enough. Well folks you get pace, you get baddies, you get a hilarious taxi driver, you get romance on an airplane, romance in a late night book shop, you get to watch Zee being a macho man AND taking his top off and, o yes, you get Royalty, I mean c’mon King Nirut, Thai acting royalty at its best.O and the tears, the tears 💧💧💧and that was just me lol our poor teerak Khanin has to pull them out twice.Who was the the taxi driver? Hilarious.Like: you’re probably not gonna believe this, but the opening credits are the Thai version of Game of Thrones. I sh$t you not. There’s a TNP world coming and I think more series are being lined up, you heard it here first. Not so much: the scene changes and background mood music in a couple of spots is a little jarring. I mentioned it during ep 1 and again I believe it’s because of the timeframe and getting it edited on time. I personally have been in series and TVCs and I know that background noise just naturally or from filming a scene in a public area can be extremely difficult to edit out. I also mentioned before that IQIYI can update episodes so I imagine in further post production they may fix these bits and re-upload, but don’t wait get that subscription stat.Funny/weird moment: Lavatories sounded like laboratories, try saying it like that, it’s hilarious ie instead of lav-it-tree, la-vor-ra-tory soooo cute. Best scene/s - Nunew literally being a puppy 🥺🐶. Pahahahahaha the train scene, Zee with a MO 🤣.
It was sad, funny, stressful and we learned Charan has some traumas. They way Kanin tried to escape hahahaa when Charan was sleeping 😂 and the costumes later trying to escape 😂👌🏻 Love it!!!
The opening credit alone looks so expensive and cinematic. It instantly pulls you into the royal atmosphere of the story.Charan’s action scenes? Still ATE. His movements are clean, powerful, and controlled!! you can feel his strength and authority in every step. Zee’s performance in these sequences is seriously impressive. The airplane scene is one of my personal favorites. Charan calmly explained his and Tatdanai’s duties while also reassuring Khanin that Tatdanai’s care for him wasn’t just out of responsibility. That moment held so much emotion n you could really feel Charan’s sincerity and Khanin’s vulnerable side. Both actors portrayed that scene with so much depth and subtlety. Then there’s the “unc unc” and “deu deu” scene absolutely adorable! A perfect glimpse into Khanin’s playful and cheeky personality. Such a fun balance to the heavier moments in the episode. The senior cast remains amazing as always. The royal council meeting was full of layered micro-expressions every glance and smirk told a story. You can tell how experienced and skilled these actors are.And that ending… Charan and Khanin are finally going back to Emmaly. I’m beyond excited for what’s to come next!
this episode is really enjoyable, it's not as heavy as the 1st EP but still holds some serious topic related to khanin & emmaly. you know what? I really like vedhis 😂 I had so much fun during that scene, i feel like every actors in this series are doing great. can't wait for the next episodes
This has been the best introduction to new characters
I don't usually write reviews for episodes bc sometimes there's not need or I'm lazy lmao, but in this episode there was a particular scene that made me shock so I have to write it down.OK so the episode is great like I love how it's going and the flow. now as I said in the headline, this is the BEST introduction I've seen in a bl to new characters. Them choosing to introduce Ramil and Ava while having a match was amazing and a perfect move. I really appreciate that the actors took fencing training and not just doubles for that scenes, the scenario is beautiful, the colors, the lighting, their father's having a conversation with manners but still trying to show off their children's skills and power, the camerawork going from the match to their father's conversation and what made me feel goosebumps here THE BACKGROUND MUSIC, they made a perfect selection for this scene, is powerful, gives drama but keeping it classy, like wow, just beautiful. im not lying when I say that I watch the scene like 10 times, it was so powerful. I'm seriously impressed with this production and the job of the actors and actresses, they're doing the best for this series.

The choreography is precise, and each movement reflects his character's inner turmoil and resolve.Khanin's emotional journey is portrayed with subtlety and grace. His expressions convey a depth of feeling that resonates, adding layers to his character. The disguise scene offers a delightful mix of humor and cleverness. Seeing Charan and Khanin navigate their mission in disguise adds a refreshing dynamic to their relationship. The cinematography is breathtaking, with each frame meticulously composed. The use of lighting and color enhances the mood, drawing viewers deeper into the story. The episode opens with a hauntingly beautiful score that sets the tone for the unfolding drama. The music complements the narrative, elevating the viewing experience.Every detail, from costume design to set decoration, is thoughtfully executed. These elements work in harmony to create an immersive world that feels both authentic and enchanting.Episode 2 of The Next Prince is a testament to the series' commitment to quality storytelling. With compelling performances, stunning visuals, and a richly woven narrative, it leaves viewers eagerly anticipating what's next.
The acting, cinematography, music is on point. Looking forward to the rest. It's not perfect but out of the offerings out there, it's really the best. Not just fluff and sensationalized sex scenes. You wouldn't regret trying it.
The second episode is as good as the first episode. My favorite scene is when Charan suddenly appears behind Khanin when Khanin tries to escape. Can't wait for the next episode. Saturday, please come quickly
